Ubicado en Puerto Rico (Mogán), este apartamento es perfecto para familias que buscáis unas vacaciones tranquilas. Todo en una sola planta y sin escalones, dispone de salón, cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, 2 dormitorios y 1 baño, con capacidad para 4 personas. Disfrutad de Wi-Fi, televisión, aire acondicionado y lavadora. El edificio cuenta con ascensor para mayor comodidad. Relajaos en la terraza privada, ideal para tomar el sol, comer o descansar por la tarde.

En la zona exterior compartida, podéis disfrutar de una zona vallada con piscina climatizada, piscina infantil, jacuzzi, solárium y ducha exterior.

La ubicación es excelente: cerca de la playa, frente a un centro comercial y con transporte público a pocos pasos. Tenéis plaza de aparcamiento privada en el edificio y opción de aparcar en la calle.
