"the first thing that stuck us was how out of town this type of accommodation is. That applies to all Masseria hotels. The rooms are situated around a pretty courtyard. The rooms are basic and of reasonable size. There are no facilities for making tea/coffee. However, there is a fridge. A small sitting area is outside each room. There is no bar here and the restaurant does not open till 8 pm. the reception can provide wine or coffee. We bought our own beer and kept in in fridge in room....

"What a fantastic little resort. We were attending my son’s wedding near Bari and we found this resort and it exceeded our wildest dreams. We just wanted a few days after the wedding to relax and chill. The resort is only 9 rooms but that was ideal, as has masses of space and there were a range of activities on offer if we wanted and there is a lovely

"The property is clean and looks like its been updated, but i don't think it could be classed as a 4 star. The staff were not that friendly or helpful. Asked to see the spa before paying to use it, and initially this was declined, but eventually allowed to see it (no one was using it at the time). The breakfast was good. General service at the bar was ok. Definitely would not recommend eating in the restaurant for dinner."
