The hotel was gorgeous. It is a bit out of the way from the historic center but that is exactly what we wanted. we had an early flight and needed something closer to the airport that had parking and dining. The restaurant was great. The grounds and the pool were pristine.

Bari surprise delight

The hotel is a wonderful old Wille on huge grounds with a vast swimming pool, which we loved. Michael at the Bar and restaurant was excellent, as was the dinner and reasonably priced. We had room nine with very high ceilings, and the only little negatives were that the television had just one channel and the bathtub shower is very very narrow, especially for two athletic men. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bari.

Nice old mansion renovated into a hotel, big rooms, a bit chilly though (in November), great breakfast. Unfortunately no walking areas around. Free parking.

Lovely traditional building and room was very spacious with high ceilings and a comfy bed. Only stayed one night after a late flight into Bari so didn't get chance to see much of the hotel. Good breakfast in nice surroundings. On outskirts of Bari so would need a car if visiting the city.

Old world charm w/great pool

It’s a beautiful property. Feels like old world,with a beautiful pool. There was a nice breakfast in the atrium. The staff is very nice. The spa services and outside bar/snack bar were not available

The staff was very accommodating, gave us first floor no steps since we were handicapped. We had to get up early for a 6:30 AM flight, dinner only started at 7:30 which was too late for us so they made us sandwich’s and fruit at 6:00. The staff came on time to bring our luggage to the van that took us to the airport, no stress it was wonderful

Absolutely beautiful. Room: I stayed in room 16- the last room outside. This room was right next to the pool, had a beautiful private patio and. the bed was comfortable. The shower curtain was a little dirty and had a faint mold smell-- but it was also August in Italy.. Grounds: the hotel and grounds are very well maintained. Amenities: breakfast was delish! The pool was beautiful, you do have to wear a swim cap while in the water. Poolside food/ drink available for additional fee (s). Location: very quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of bari. Parking was easy and on the property.

We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was very very very helpful and friendly. The property and the pool are beautiful. I only have 2 suggestions though. Maybe a mirror by the front entrance. It is hard to see cars coming when you are trying to get out. The other suggestion is for the nights you have parties on the property. I personally didn't have a problem with the large huge music that played all night until 2 am. But I can see others being upset with how loud and how late the loud music played especially if they were maybe having to wake up at 5 am to catch a flight or something. I think maybe in the future you let your guests know about the loud music party and hand out ear plugs. But one again I want to say that the staff was so amazing and helpful, especially the 2 men that were at the front desk. Also a special thanks to the restaurant staff. My mother is vegan and sometimes this is a challenge while traveling. Even though they did not have vegan options on the menu, the chef went out of his way to prepare several vegan dishes for her. They were wonderful and we appreciate this so much. Thank you all for everything tha you do

Property was conveniently located to highway travel. There was very little outdoor lighting at night, hard to see steps, gate situation was a pain getting in and out! Felt like a prison. No convenient electrical outlets. Couldn’t get heat very warm. Plumbing was not great. Staff we’re not very friendly and not at all helpful. Staff were noisy at night and early in the morning. The building and grounds were beautiful, and the breakfast was good once we figured out how to order on our phones, but I would not recommend this property. I would not stay here again.

The only downside to the hotel is the location. You need a car to get to the center or take a cab.

Absolutely gorgeous, private, impeccable service, lush garden, dream pool area and fabulous food!!!

This is a fabulous hotel, very chic and the service is impeccable. The size of the room is huge compared to what you get elsewhere in Europe/Italy. I would definitely recommend this gorgeous boutique hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and quiet of a beautiful hotel set in a lish garden with a dream pool area! There are only about 15 rooms in the hotel, and that's a bonus in noisy Italy! The staff also spoke perfect English and French which was a bonus!
