"When I arrived it took a little while to get checked in as there was a line and only one guy working, but he was very kind and helpful and did a good job. The room was also clean and the bed was very comfortable."

"Staff was great. So helpful figuring out check-in and laundry. Laundry is cash/card and about 5.50eu/Cad per load was and same to dry. Drying takes a long time as dryers don’t do a full dry it seems but staff was helpful and then also rooms have a drying rack to finish things off. Rooms are clean and tidy. No housekeeping staff so you grab extra towels/amenities as you need. Lots of spaces to connect - pool tables, tables with chess boards, lots of nice spaces. When we were staying a school class seemed to be there so we weren’t able to use the games room as it was very busy but did a work out in their little gym and grabbed pizzas from their partner restaurant and it was fantastic! Would visit again. Apartment was all expected and more. Also very quiet and peaceful."

"The room and the property are fine. The issues we had was that I booked two nights in a row in 2 different reservations and highlighted that to the staff, who was polite but somehow did not program the key correctly. On the second day we went out, the key did not work. We had to go back to reception to re-program the key. When we got back in, the room was not made (we mainly just need a couple of towels). We called down and the a staff delivered the towels. But at 3 pm, someone tried to clean the room, by knocking on the door and immediately used their access key to open the door when we were taking a nap. I think the team did not communicate well with each other and things are not streamlined properly."

"Don’t be fooled — this hotel is definitely not giving Vienna vibes. It’s more like student accommodation with a reception desk. If you check in online, you then have to ring a helpline just to get electricity access unless you tap in with your bank card like you’re starting a laundrette machine. No cups in the room either, so apparently hydration means lapping water from the sink like a thirsty cat. It’s basic at best. Location is a bit meh, and the whole set-up has more flaws than charm."
