Villa Concetta is located within a private property of about 600 square meters and is fenced with a beautiful wall over 2.5 meters high in dry stone typical of the manor houses of the Val Di Noto area, this gives the villa total privacy and the Sicilian charm of the old world meets modern comforts. Surrounded by greenery, with easy access to the famous city of Modica (11 km) and Noto (30 km) very important centers of Sicilian Baroque, both easily reachable.

The large pool terrace will be your private refuge for relaxation and fun, being able to swim in the large pool or sip a drink in the shaded area. The brick barbecue with dining table and various furniture will allow you to prepare splendid outdoor dinners complete the many amenities of this villa.
Villa Concetta boasts a total of 4 well-appointed bedrooms, each styled with a nod to Sicilian taste. On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms with shower. The first floor hosts 1 double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upon entering, the welcoming living area will surprise you with comfortable sofas and a large Smart TV.
