    Welcome to this attractive and comfortable house, which offers you all the amenities for the vacation. Enjoy an unforgettable time with the family in the house, which impresses with bright rooms and maritime color accents. Spend cozy evenings here with games and good conversations at the long dining table or on the sofa.



    Around the house there are numerous opportunities to spend wonderful hours outdoors. Whether you read a book on the terrace in the shade or take an extensive sunbath by the pool, vacation relaxation is guaranteed.



    Head to the coast and spend wonderful hours on the beach. A visit to the idyllically located baroque town of Scicli is almost a must, and the other towns of the Val di Noto are also definitely worthwhile. Spend a day at the imposing ruins of Greek antiquity in the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento before returning to beach fun.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nardi. The property is about 15 minutes outside Modica, with stunning views of the area’s dramatic landscape. We enjoyed these views over coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. Between the terrace and the pool, there are plenty of outdoor seating areas and we could follow the shade around the property during the day. After a day out in the heat, we cooled down in the fast acting and effective air conditioning or more often jumped into the pool – one of the highlights of the property. Being a little away from the town, it was truly peaceful and quiet (except for the occasional buzzing of the cicadas) but note Google will want to take you down an impassable lane, so look out for the turn by the utility pole with the transformer. Thank you again for the warm welcome and prompt responses.
