"Clean apartment, exactly as shown on photos. We had a lovely stay & would come again. We had a bit of a mosquito problem but it was resolved the same day I raised it as they came to spray the apartment whilst we were out. We had a couple of evenings of extremely noisy neighbours until the early hours of the morning but I’m assuming they’re not permanent residents as it was only for a couple of nights - maybe just got unlucky. We also found the shower to be quite inconvenient as there is no door and the screen is very short so the floor often flooded and we had to use lots of towels for the floor. There’s only so much you can do to stop water flowing out! Also no bathroom storage. "

"We LOVED. The location of the Hotel!! It was perfect to explore the city.. The property was BEAUTIFUL and staff was very friendly & helpful. The rooms were wonderful & comfortable and we soo enjoyed the in room expressive & cookies. We only wish we had gone a little later in the year so we could have used the amazing pools, one is on the roof!! The view is incredible!!"

"The room had been stylishly remodeled. It was a bit small for travelers with two suitcases to open. I was not aware that there is no staffing at the hotel and everything is done by messaging, with front door code only sent at 15:00. We had 5 people waiting at the door trying to get in after arriving by train at noon. It is a big problem if you have to carry you luggage around for 3 hours if you can't drop it off at the hotel until check-in time. We had been sent a message to supply identity details, but it required a signature, and none of the 5 had any way to do that digitally. Most of the communication had to be done on WhatsApp, which we don't use, in order to function properly, including check out. Fortunately, the person in charge was on the premises and eventually let us in. She admonished us for arriving before 15:00, but she was friendly and took in everyone's luggage. She was very nice, but that doesn't change the fact we did not know it was an unstaffed hotel and we would normally not be able to leave our luggage. That said, it was a very good location, centrally located for our sightseeing."

"The hotel is well located the rooms and bathroom are great clean, modern, and the king bed in our room was huge! Comfortable pillows, breakfast are good too, the staffs are friendly and always welcoming you."

"Saw many reviews and lots of people complaining about check in. I thought to myself how bad can it really be. I’m in the hospitality industry myself. It was pretty bad. I was in Front of the building for an over an hour trying to figure it out calling their customer support (which I don’t know how much that’s going to cost me probably more than the room itself) however the room was excellent, clean, spacious and in the perfect location for everything. Customer service was nice and they tried to help but was a weird complicated call center process, but room was great. "

"Lovely, clean studio apartment. We had a balcony which was perfect for relaxing in the sun in the evening. The windows and doors to the balcony block out a lot of noise so barely heard the trains going past. Bed was huge and comfortable so we slept well. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful!"
