Nice Apartment

The apartment was well outfitted for however long you need to stay. We didn’t use all the appliances, but it had a washer and dryer, fridge, oven, etc. We stayed for 2 nights and it was clean and comfortable and easy to check-in. Communication was good, and it was a great location in Old Town Modena close to lots of restaurants and a 20 min walk from the train. Our only complaint is that the water pressure in the bathroom (shower and sink) is very very low.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr schlecht. Er reagiert nicht auf Nachrichten oder auf WhatsApp. Wenige Parklätze auf der Straße. ( nicht sicher, bei uns wurde eingebrochen) Die Lage des Appartements ist zwar sehr gut aber alle Fenster gehen in einen engen Hinterhof. Der Wasserdruck im Bad und in der Dusche ist so niedrig, dass warmes Wasser kaum funktioniert.Bei unserer Ankunft am Abend war die Wohnung noch nicht geputzt.
