- This is the upper floor of a two story historic building with a private BALCONY. The unit has its own separate entrance and is well appointed with high end décor and art. There is a separate downstairs unit (not shared, but can be booked and combined upon request if available).
* OFF STREET PARKING in the heart of downtown with close views of high rises.
* Sleeps 6! There are two bedrooms (king bed) (queen bed and sofa bed) and one full bathroom with a large walk-in shower (no tub) and double sinks.
* There is a kitchenette with a table & chairs, refrigerator and microwave. Also a K-cup coffee maker with K-cups. One bedroom has a sofa and smart TV. Free high speed wi-fi. You can rest comfortably knowing the property has perimeter video surveillance for the parking, driveway, and exterior doors.
* 1/2 block from St Louis Street including restaurants and Greer's Boutique Grocery store with rooftop bar
