"Our second stay at Cory & Paul's place - and we are already booked again! Again, the place is spotless, responsive hosts, so accommodating...can't beat the view. This time we even had an iceberg right out the kitchen window. The frozen croissants with baking instructions were an added surprise - so thoughtful and yummy. If you like to stay just outside of town (with access to everything you need in minutes to CBS, and St. John's only 20 mins away) and have beautiful views & a walking path right along the ocean - stay here! Thanks again!"

"Lovely location, right on the East Coast Trail. Easy to find. Sauna was wonderful. Room was great - cooking facilities were nice to reduce eating out costs. Could hear people in adjacent rooms (just everyday noises, they were not being particularly noisy/partying)."

"My only complaint is the only way to communicate with the staff when booking is through texting. It would certainly be nice to actually call and talk to someone when booking or to ask questions about the room. I feel any business should give the option to actually speak to someone on the phone. "

"This unit provided what we needed. Bed, bath, kitchen, laundry and living room. It’s quite comfortable. For us it was the perfect place to stay while touring this side of Newfoundland. It is a basement apartment so not the best if mobility issues are a concern as there are outside stairs to get to the unit. "
