Large group bookings are our specialty with guests booking for - boys trips, girls weekends away, multiple families staying in one home, weddings etc. Relax and unwind around the salt water pool and bbq area. You have private access to this townhouse and carport. Base price is for four people (Bedroom 1 and 2). If any additional rooms or beds are needed/used, they will be charged.
1-4 guests = 2 bedrooms/queen beds (ensuites)
5-6 guests = 3 bedrooms/queen beds
7-8 guests = 4 bedrooms/queen beds
9-10 guests = 5 bedrooms - 4 queen beds, 1 double bed
11 guests = 5 bedrooms - 4 queen beds, 1 double bed, 1 single bunk bed
12 guests = 5 bedrooms - 4 queen beds, 1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds
13 guests = 5 bedrooms - 4 queen beds, 1 double bed, 3 single bunk beds
Pool and BBQ (shared) open 9am-8pm
3 night minimum - Special events and long weekends
4 night minimum stay - Easter, Melbourne Cup and New Years

HOUSE RULES
– Access only to beds paid for (view Guest Access)
– Fill out checkin form and send photo of form
– Leave it in the condition you arrived to avoid cleaning charges
– Additional guests not to visit apartment without approval from us
- Pets are only allowed downstairs but not in the bedrooms or on furniture. $50 charge per pet. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges 
– 3 night minimum - Special events and long weekends
– 4 night minimum stay - Easter, Melbourne Cup and New Years

The apartment is located in a quiet, picturesque and secure part of town. The neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. There's a gorgeous walking track into town along the Campaspe River. You'll thoroughly enjoy this peaceful and quiet home away from home.
