We had an amazing stay, the staff particularly Abigail were so lovely and sorted taxis and canyoneering out for us so easily. They kept us up to date on everything and were so accommodation to our needs. The inn was beautiful and the room was clean. I would definitely recommend going.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and only wish we could’ve stayed longer! All of the staff were so friendly and eager to help with anything. We rented motorbikes, arranged the canyoneering activity and transport to the ferry all organized by the staff. The pool was flawlessly clean and the property is very well taken care of. AC worked very well and nice hot showers too.

I really enjoyed my stay here — it was quiet and felt like home from the very beginning. The location is a bit tucked away from the crowds, which I actually loved, but it’s still within walking distance to the main area. The only downside was the Wi-Fi in the room, which could’ve been stronger. Overall, a cozy and peaceful spot if you’re looking for something relaxed and homey.

Nick and Raquel and their staff have made my stay the best I’ve had in awhile. They go above and beyond to accommodate and make you feel welcome. They pass along excellent discounts for all the local activities , transportation and they even have scooters for you to use. I originally booked 2 days and ended up staying almost a week. We had such a great stay here with Raquel and Nick. They are so hospitable and their staff are always so attentive and helpful. The location for us is perfect. Far away from all the noise but a very short scooter ride to town (which are conveniently for rent at the property). We stayed for a few extra nights and had no issues booking this in. Thanks for a wonderful stay Raquel and Nick. Maria and I both decided we wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here!

The rooms were big so as the bathrooms. We did get the family suite thinking there would only be one room but it turns out it had two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. So that was a nice surprise. The place is a bit out of the way. If you can, try to rent a scooter or a car. It would be cheaper imo. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. They were also able to set us up with our Canyoneering tour and airport transportation. I would highly recommend this place.

Casablanca Inn was the perfect place to stay for me and my partner! The hotel is very well kept, with laundry service and breakfast available. It is a 15 minute walk to the tourist hotspot, which is perfect if you want to get away from the buzz and the noise. The staff is incredibly hospitable and polite, and very helpful. Raquel and Nick were amazing at helping us organizing our activities and transportation. We truly experienced the beauty and the wonders of Moalboal. This was a quiet, nice hotel. The room was small but efficient. I appreciated the drying racks both inside and outside the rooms. The lobby/sitting area was open air and very peaceful, especially at night with the lights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always cleaning and kept the property looking nice. The owner was very responsive and helpful with my many questions and helped us set up airport transportation and our canyoneering excursion to Kawasan Falls. Both of which were very successful and the drivers and guides very friendly. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Raquel and Nick were so amazing during our stay in Moalboal. They sat down with us and gave us so much information about the area like where to eat and what tour options there was to do. They offered us the best pricing on tours, and transportation which was super convenient. The staff work tirelessly to keep the place running smooth and keeping the place clean which is awesome to see. The amount of information we got about restaurants and things to do was incredible and very much appreciated, seeing it was our first time in Moalboal. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone who is wanting to spend some time down there, to go canyoneering, snorkelling with sardines or swimming with whale sharks, or even just to take a scooter around and see what this place has to offer! Oh the Casablanca, we loved you! The hotel is built recently, brand new. They have just added a beautiful pool and it is lovely. I only say this because from the photos it looks like an old classic which I love, but the amenities are brand new which is AWESOME. We stayed both on the main floor and the second floor and we preferred the second floor. Abigail and the entire staff are super great, friendly and kind. They have brand new scooters for rent for a very good price and we used them a lot. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the Sardine run. This is away from the busy hostel area which is ideal for us. We extended our stay here because we wanted more time in the area. 2-3 days is perfect. We will come here again. Thanks also to the lovely Raquel. See you soon John and Jho

We had an amazing stay at Casablanca for 4 nights. Nick and Raquel were very welcoming hosts with great recommendations for food and activities in town. We were able to rent a scooter for a day at a low cost through them. We also booked a day of swimming with whale sharks in Oslob followed by Canyoneering at Kawasan Falls, all arranged by Raquel. A minor hiccup - we were waiting at 3am for pickup and after an hour and a half nobody showed. When we informed Raquel in the morning she was surprised to hear and took no time to get on her phone and find us new transportation to still do the activities we were wanting to do. Nonetheless we had a perfect day of activities and our stay at Casablanca was incredible. Our room was clean, had good AC, pool was great, location was a short 15 min safe walk from town (or 100-200P tuktuk) and a 5 min walk to a local beach/ snorkelling spot. Airport transfer to/ from was also arranged by Raquel at a cost much cheaper if arranged otherwise! Would recommend these accommodations to anyone!

I am a student, and I stayed at Casablanca with my friends for our first overseas trip. To be honest, it was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff, including the owner Nick, were incredibly kind. There was nothing to complain about. If you need a car or tour arrangements, just ask the staff, and they will take care of it for you. Since all the staff members are very friendly, I highly recommend asking them if you have any questions. Especially, the owner Nick was very helpful. He allowed us to contact him directly and even offered us a discount as students. I really appreciate his kindness. After staying here, I truly understood why Casablanca has such high ratings. If you’re unsure about where to stay, I highly recommend trying Casablanca—you won’t be disappointed! 私は日本人で、初めての海外旅行だったため、とても緊張し、不安もありました。しかし、カサブランカは日本人でも安心して泊まれるホテルだと感じました。翻訳機などを使えば問題なくコミュニケーションを取ることができますし、スタッフの方々も親切なので、安心して過ごせます。
