Welcome to the best place to stay during your Moab vacation.

Our place offers a memorable stay with amazing views from the front room and is a great place to call home base while enjoying the great outdoors. The clean and comfortable atmosphere and amenities of our condo will provide the perfect place to relax after a fun-packed day.

The Moab area offers renowned mountain biking trails, two national parks, hiking, four-wheeling, white water rafting, and unforgettable scenery everywhere. After an invigorating hike or mountain bike ride, a trip to the hot tub and pool will be a refreshing end to the day. The rim views from the private patio will be a constant reminder of the beautiful area you've chosen to spend your vacation.

We have equipped our home with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second room has a queen bed, and the third has two double/single bunk beds. This along with a roll-away bed, make it possible to sleep 8 of your family and friends very comfortably.

Great Condo!

It was very clean, the owner was responsive to my questions before the trip and during our stay. It’s right outside Moab - 10 minutes from Arches and 45 minutes from Canyonlands. We loved our stay!

Home is as advertised…comfortable, clean, well stocked. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and enjoy being out of downtown a bit. My only suggestion to the owner is to update the streaming options on the television with roku+ or something similar.

Classy, could not have been better. Well appointed in all aspects. Loved the attached garage to easily park four large motorcycles. Owner provided clear communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent location

This place was absolutely perfect! Our friends stayed in the same cul de sac, we were nice and close. This place seemed to have more parking then others. My only complaint was that the washing machine stinks. But that isn’t uncommon for HE machines. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Lovely!

Troy's condo is clean, spacious, and has everything you need for a lovely stay. The process to access the condo was very easy. The views from the condo are awesome. Our family of five adults was very comfortable and had a great time. We felt welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. We were doing the Mighty Five in just 6 days! We would love to come back another time and stay longer. Thank you, Troy and family, for sharing your lovely condo with us!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had 4 adults and 4 teens and this property was perfect for our group. The owner communicated very well and the entire stay was great. The pool is very nice and refreshing after a day on the trails. Location and amenities is great and we had ample parking with 3 jeeps. We would definitely rent this property again.

We had a wonderful time here. It was a great place, lots of space, activities to do. House was excellent and had everything we needed. Troy was a fantastic host! Was always very responsive and filled with great suggestions for places to go and things to do. One of the best rentals we've had. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful lodging

A great place with lots of room for everyone! My only suggestion would be to have one more small couch or chair for the living room. Otherwise it was perfect! Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean!
