Decent hotel, good location, excellent staff. Very comfortable bed, great pool…but weird little square pillows on the bed…swap them for standard pillows! Could hear people talking in the room next to us and people above, so not well insulated. Did feel it was overpriced at around $240 a night for a Friday and a Saturday and no breakfast. Competitors are better value but were fully booked.

The hotel is right off the main street of Moab. It is close walking distance to good breakfast places like the Jailhouse Cafe. Occasionally it was difficult to find a close parking spot on the property.

Got caught in a snowstorm on 5/7/24 on I-70 west near frisco. Called the hotel spoke with Stephanie and she said I could not speak with the manager that she would call me back and said no they could credit me or reschedule my check in.

Right in the center of Moab, next to the food trucks, walksble to restaurants, store & ice cream places. Rooms do not have carpet- Yehhh. Floors are very clean !!! Coffee and tea are available all day - no breakfast. I will definitely return.

Appears to be a former Baymont, but don’t be dissuaded by that. Beautifully redone inside, all updated.Only thing that did not appear to recvd a make-over was the interior of elevator. Outdoor sitting area behind hotel and pool area were nice perks. Was plenty of parking and hotel is easily walkable to main drag. Food truck park was just across the atreet from back parking lot No breakfast but otherwise all thumbs up

Our room was very nice, quiet and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. RCL is only a short drive to the Arches Nat Park and walking distance to the dining hub. We enjoyed meals at Bella Thai, Dewey's & Spoke's. We highly recommend this accommodation. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a view of the mountains. There is a lift and luggage trolleys.

The walls were really thin. I could hear conversations almost clearly, the person snoring in the room next door, and the heavy footfalls of the person in the room above. The hot tub was nice after hiking all day.

The pool and hot tub were great. I liked that the driving area was blocked off and patio seating was available there. Coffee available 24/7 is nice as well!

The room was extremely noisy- the people above us walked around all evening and woke us up when they used the bathroom in the night- and in the morning as the floorboards squeaked so loudly You could hear snoring from the room next door - for a purpose built hotel it was shocking how bad the sound was between rooms

Rooms have been recently updated and are very nice. Three hooks by the door for bags, etc. Completely new bathroom, nice window coverings including room darkening shades that let no light in on the sides. Comfortable bed and pillows. No drawers and minimal hanging space. Friendly and helpful staff. One block to Main Street with many nice shops. Lots of nearby restaurants including a food truck park across the street from their back parking lot. Outside, the building looks a little older but very nice inside.
