This townhouse is beautifully decorated in warm southwest hues with clean simplicity. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dinnerware and cookware to enjoy a peaceful meal at this home-away-from home. This townhouse has a total of 3 full baths.

The property was in a great location and perfect for our family. The hot tub and heated pool were awesome. The Kitchen and Family Room were spacious and comfortable. We hope to visit again.
Great place for 3 adult couples. One of the best stocked kitchens I have ever had in a rental home. Easy access, great communication, located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of town with amazing views. Available coolers were a plus. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.
We spent five nights at the property (2 parents and 2 20-something "kids") and had plenty of space, loved the location, and appreciated the fireplace, the little enclosed patio, and well-furnished kitchen. We had a great trip partly because the house was perfect for us.
Looking for a spacious pet friendly stay? This is a must.
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location close to town. There’s a ton of trailer parking around if you are bringing your toys. The owner was great with communication from the day of booking, prior to arrival, during and even departure. It’s a great pet friendly property. We would stay here again if we return to Moab.

Everything about the stay was easy, check in, distance and getting to parks and downtown Moab and even check out was easy! Has everything you need for a large family to stay and close to the parks and other things. Lots of room!
Needed a place with 3 bedrooms/bathrooms for adults. G2 turned out to be perfect for our family. Close to the parks and town. Property was very nicely furnished and had everything we needed. We would stay here again if we come back to Moab! Thank you.
This property is lovely in many ways. To list a few, it is quite, clean, and nicely decorated with a wonderful mountain view. The mattresses are very comfortable, but the primary bedroon is very bright in the morning, so bring you eye shades.beds
This was a great house to stay in for my family while we explored Moab and the national parks. Quiet neighborhood right outside of town, beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen, great patio to have your morning coffee. Jeff was a great host and made check in and check out super easy and convenient.

Beautiful property and nice location. Enjoyed having coffee and watching the sun come up on the west ridge which is easily visible from the patio. Jeff was great to work with and everyone in our party thought the property was top notch. Thanks so much for your hospitality.
We stayed at Ravens Retreat with our son & pet dog. The owners were open to our pet in a kennel which was no problem for us & the property worked very well for a family with a pet. The townhome was lovely, very clean & comfortable. We also enjoyed having access to a pool & the view was bar none. Thank you!.
Perfect location for Moab golf. This property was very nice and exactly as advertised. The owner/manager was great to work with and has this business down to a science. We'll definitely stay here again and share this location with our golf partners.

Great spot for Moab area adventures!
Perfect location, far enough from the center of town to feel like you're in the country but just minutes from the fun of Moab's main tourist stuff. Best of both worlds. Spotless and very comfortable condo, great patio for morning coffee and evening relaxation with all the amenities needed. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay while enjoying the area. We will be back for sure!
Great time in Moab with the family. Nice unit with room for everyone. Access to one bathroom was a little odd but we made it work.

We had a great stay of three weeks at Raven's Retreat, Rim Village.
We book a three-week stay in Moab every year. We like to rent with Utah Escapes because of their superior properties and management. Raven's Retreat did not disappoint. When we checked in the condo was spotless, to include the garage. The beds are extremely confortable, and the common room furniture is comfortable as well. We had a family gathering there, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Truly, we hated to leave. Thank you, Jeff, for a great stay.

Very Clean and private
When booking I tried to get a location where we were not on any main roads. This place was in the perfect location! Condo was clean!! I thought it was odd that there was no lock on the master bedroom door.
We were over all happy with the stay. I would recommend this place!
Very quiet neighborhood, minimal traffic. Rooms are large. Our kids enjoyed each having their own king sized bed. Furniture was comfortable. Bathrooms stocked with toiletries. Towels were provided for the neighborhood pool. You are allowed to park in the garage, which is nice.
My adult daughter and I stayed here for our annual mother/daughter trip. This property was exceptional. Very clean and well-stocked. The owner even left a discount card for the local grocery store. We particularly appreciated the ice maker in the freezer to keep water cold for our hikes. The location is ideal just outside of town. It is in a condo complex but this unit feels very private with its location within the complex and has an awesome view. We could not ask for anything better!
