THINGS TO KNOW Guests of our Solano Vallejo homes will receive a 20% discount on golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club. The seasonal pool is open from mid-April through the end of October (weather permitting).
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Quiet Mountains
Three bedroom corner unit in adobe condo building located on a golf course. View from windows and patio is a golf hole with lake and Mountains behind. Nicely updated, comfortable and just enough outside of town to feel that you are away from the crowd.

Well equipped. We stayed three nights and cooked in and pretty much everything we needed was there. Nice views. Sat on the patio outside for coffee and margaritas. Played golf on the course over the fence. Well kept up. I’d recommend that too!

Water pressure problem.
Everything was great until we came back from hiking all day and went to shower. There was hardly any water pressure if ran the sink and showered. So we ended up showering 1 person at a time. Which really slowed us down getting back to town to grab something to eat.

If you like a good shower, don't book this home. Water pressure dripped out when 2 showers were occupied at the same time. Water pressure quickly leaked out when one shower was in use. TVs are from the early 2000s
Excellent condo, excellent location for an excellent vacation
This condo is a great location for families, it quite, clean and safe.
We had a great time in Moab and enjoyed multiple days in Arches national Park. We enjoyed Moab and all it has to offer down town. Will definitely be back again.
Highly recommend this property as base camp for Moab area mountain biking trip.
Location/ logistics were good relative to town and various mountain biking trails.
Property is clean, modern, relaxing and convenient.

Great location, great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was '5 star' clean, tidy and well supplied as advertised with only two small issues, I'll mention for the owner to resolve. 1) the BBQ was inoperable. It lit but would not get hot enough to cook on & 2) the couch and chair seemed to have some residual animal dander, perhaps from a past owner. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay, the quiet and the fabulous views from the patio. We will book again. Thanks!

Loved the location.... the supplies...... easy entry & exit for
signing in and out. Looked like there was a lot of updating. New carpet, new appliances, new door in the kitchen. All convenient & pleasant.
Nicely remodeled townhouse in a golf community with ten minute drive of downtown Moab. Great value. Great customer service. Owner had a new cloths dryer installed as part of the kitchen remodel that had a minor installation issue. The property management organization immediately sent out maintenance personnel to diagnose the issue sufficient to continue to use the dryer and continue with our vacation.

Great location!
This is a fantastic location to get to both Arches and Canyonlands. We very much appreciated the space and the two full bathrooms. It’s great to be able to park right at the door and to have a garage. There are plenty of fantastic walk/trails right from the front door.

Wonderful weekend getaway
This was the perfect place to stay for our family for a four day weekend! It was nice to have a pool accessible during the hot weather. We also enjoyed being on the golf course! I would definitely stay here again!!

Nice location, but property issues
We’ve stayed in many rental condos/houses, and this is the first negative review I’ve ever had to write. Location was great, just outside Moab with nice views. We arrived in the evening and unfortunately the electronic front door lock would not lock the property. We called the property company (Vacasa) and after 2 long calls they were unable to resolve remotely and were not prepared/able to send their maintenance people or an emergency 24 hour locksmith to repair. In addition, Vacasa were not able to provide us with the correct code to unlock the external lockbox which had a key inside. That would have enabled us to lock the door from the outside and at least come in via the garage with the property secure.
Also, there were 2 unsafe mousetraps in the condo. Likely meaning there was a rodent problem as well. We told Vacasa about both of those too and asked they remove them (they said the owners must have put them there without Vacasa’s knowledge). So, we had to sleep with the front door unlocked and also leave the next morning to have our day out with our belongings inside and the door unlocked, as Vacasa were unable to send someone before 10am. When they came they fixed the lock, but only removed one of the 2 mousetraps they had been told about!!
Finally, the condo was very tight for space in the kitchen, master bathroom and living areas. Too small for the sleeping capacity of the rental.
Vacasa say they will refund the housekeeping fee given the safety issues of the lock, key and mousetraps. Would rather have a safe and hassle free stay, and also doesn’t really go far enough. There’s a minimum level of what you expect in a rental property and unfortunately this failed to achieve that level

My husband and I were in Moab for 4 nights. The facility was smaller than I expected and a little run down but overall was a great experience. We would stay there again if we ever go back to Moab.
We so enjoyed staying just a little out of town where it was nice and quiet. The townhouse on the golf course was so nice! No road noise, just happy golfers! The home was comfortable and well equipped. Nice restaurant and gas just up the road. Very convenient to Arches and Canyonlands. We would stay here again if traveling through this area.
