  • Make yourself at home during your Moab adventure in our spacious private 3-bedroom, 2-bath guest retreat. The accommodations include a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with a full-size futon, making it a great option for families, couples, and groups traveling together.

    Guests enjoy a private entrance and exclusive use of all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and guest living areas. Relax on the covered decks or unwind after a day of adventure in the sauna.

    There's plenty of off-street parking, including room for vehicles and off-road trailers—perfect for guests coming to Moab to Jeep, ride, bike, hike, or explore Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.

    The hosts live on-site in a completely separate walkout lower-level living area with its own private entrance. The guest accommodations are private, and no bedrooms, bathrooms, or guest living spaces are shared with the hosts.

    The indoor laundry room is the only shared indoor space. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer during their stay, and the hosts may occasionally access the laundry room as well.
