Fantastic base for exploring Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Our hosts were helpful and friendly, and our suite was perfect for our needs. The location is excellent and an easy walking distance to many restaurant options. We would stay here again!
We enjoyed the hiking recommendations from our accommodating hosts and appreciated the nice outdoor spaces and comfortable condo. It was a great get away!
This was a lovely place to stay. Was exceptionally clean and lots of attention to detail. We especially loved our own private patio. The owners were lovely and very helpful. Will definitely book again when we are in the area.
We had a wonderful two night stay. As advertised it was a short, easy walk to Main Street - plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed watching the baseball playoffs at the table on the back porch. Plenty of street traffic during the day but it was magically quiet overnight

Very comfortable. The furniture in the sitting area was great. This is often a downfall in vacation lodging. Not here super comfortable and very convenient to both parks and the town.
Westside Flats is in an excellent location, was the perfect size with the amenities we needed to get ready for our days in the area parks, etc. Mike and Ellyn were excellent hosts and made the stay even more pleasant. We would stay here again!

Highly recommend this property! It's location is perfect...walkable to tons of restaurants and the rest of town. The units are situated so that there is plenty of privacy. Onsite parking, off street and close to unit. They are well-outfitted and beautiful. Comfortable bed! Finally, the hosts were outstanding!! Friendly and helpful, with plenty of good advice regarding hikes, sightseeing and restaurants. Even provided us with headlamps when the power went out in southeastern Utah for an evening!
We came to Moab to visit capital reef national Park, canyonlands national Park, and arches national Park. This location did not disappoint at all. We were able to walk to several restaurants and were able to conveniently drive from this location. It is only for two people, but is perfect for a couple. If you need to do laundry, you were able to do that for five dollars a load. I would highly recommend this place. There is also a grill available to cook your own meal. They have a bike locker for bikes also.
It's a very comfortable one bedroom even though it's tinysmall the space works very well and had everything that we needed. the owners were very friendly and but we're not intrusive.I felt very comfortable having them on the property. I felt like anything we need we can easily reach them as they live on the property.the property is very attractive the indoor space is very attractive and clean and updated. we had a very nice pati. it was a lovely locatio. the landscaping was beautiful. it was a lovely location and it was truly about a 5 minute walk. I would absolutely go there agai. It would be my first choice in Moab. There were no suprises. It was better than even the photos!
It was a great stay. Great location, unit very clean and furnished with everything you could possibly. Owner's live onsite and reached out to ensure a great stay but kept their distance and told us to call or knock on their door if there was anything we needed
We used this small but comfortable one-bedroom flat in Moab as a base for exploring nearby Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point State Park. Friendly, helpful host, very clean and quiet. Would definitely return on another trip to this area.

Nicely appointed. Convenient, quiet location. Good value
I would recommend this as a nice place to unwind after a long day on the trails.
It was a quiet nice place to come back to after hiking in the National Parks. It was close and easy to walk to downtown for food.

We loved this place
This is a great location with all the amenities you could want. Perfect for seeing Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Very walkable to Main Street in Moab with a great selection of dining choices nearby.

Perfect base camp to explore Moab, Arches NP and Canyonlands NP.
Clean, well-designed, fully stocked, and Ellyn was a most excellent host. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars, and a great roof deck to take in the sunset.
