We stayed here two nights while we explored the Arches and floated the Colorado River. It was perfect for our two families. It was very clean and nice.
This place was great for our family of 9 adults, 6 kids. Comfortable & clean rooms and bathrooms, relaxation space was so nice. Many extras like waffle irons and pots/pans made it very convenient to prep all the meals. The cruiser bikes were in good shape and fun to ride. Just so many extra touches that made this a stress-free vacation! Communication with the host was simple with quick response time. This is on our top 5 list of places to stay now.
We had an amazing 5-days in Moab, and this house was the perfect place for us to connect as a family after each day’s adventure. The house was beautiful, had a great location, and the bikes were the perfect add-on to our stay. We had a blast playing table tennis in the evenings, and swimming when the temperatures were too high to hit the trails.
This property was fantastic. We were so pleased with everything. Very well stocked kitchen and easy communication for questions. Kids loved the pool and the property. Best property so far in Moab and we have been going there annually for many years.
This house has everything. Plenty of room, a wonderful living/dining/kitchen great room, big garage, it’s extremely well-equipped. The location is perfect: close to town but far enough from Main Street to be very quiet. We’ve stayed there twice now and will look there first for future trips.
We celebrated a very active 75 y/o birthday hiking first on the west side of Utah then on the east side. The house was stocked with kitchenware & cookware that I use at home which immediately gave me a level of comfortability. The arrival & departure instructions were clear & concise. I highly recommend!
Our group came to Moab for a week of off-roading and this rental was the perfect location and had all the amenities that we could have wished for. The how was modern, clean and well stocked. The bicycles in the garage for our use was a very nice touch! You wont regret staying here!
We were pleasantly surprised how well appointed this house is. Plenty of table space for games and meals, easy areas and 'tools' to prepare meals and plenty of clean towels for our gang. Close to everything downtown and Arches Thai for fabulous food. There was a Galaga showdown and movie night in the Harry Potter dpace

Immaculate, Well-Stocked
This property is located close to Main Street and contains everything to make your visit easy and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and roomy. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It's perfect for couples or families, there are enough towels, dishes, glasses, mugs and utensils and silverware for a crowd.
The management was easy to reach, friendly and responsive.
Will definitely book again when I come to Moab.
My family and I all loved the townhome! It's very large, cozy and comfortable. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! This townhome has everything and much more than we needed. Customer service is the best I have ever encountered. Any question was answered immediately. The location was great too. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.
This house is great. It’s extremely well-equipped. Everything worked. There was plenty of garage space for a car and our 5 bikes, in addition to the complementary townie bikes provided. I love the 9-plus-foot ceilings, and everything’s essentially new. All the kitchen stuff you can imagine. Lots of big-screen TVs, though we never turned one on (friends there to mtn bike and to visit with each other). It’ll now be the first place I look at for our trips to Moab.
We needed a place for our adult kids and 4 grandkids to stay while we ventured out and around Moab. I searched many locations before landing on this one. It ended up being perfect for our family.The check in and check out process was seamless. Communication was easy via email and text. The home was stocked with everything the 10 of us needed for meals and entertainment.We especially appreciated the area on the first floor for our 1, 2 & 3 year old grandkids. They had their own space to watch TV and play games without having to worry about them going up and down the stairs. The home had every appliance you could need. It even had a pack and play which worked out great for one of the little ones. Location was great. The garage was great.When we come back to Moab with our family, we will definitely be back here.
At the end of a long ride having a clean home and warm kitchen is always something you hope for in a BnB but not always what you get. This place was well maintained, well equipped, clean and quiet. Our group included a grouchy must have his way man, an OCD wife, his everything is ok old man best friend and his sweet wife. My best friend and her wants to have fun husband me the planner and worrier and my spouse.
With all the different ages and personalities of a mixed age group. The house fit all of our awkward never stayed in a house together needs. It was better than expected.

Location is in a grouping of townhomes- surprisingly enough we didn’t hear the neighbors much. Plenty of bedrooms and beds for various configurations for sleeping. Kids had fun in the little playroom. Kitchen stocked well with dishes. I appreciated the portable crib and highchair for my toddler. Short distance for restaurants and Main Street- on the north end of town so a short drive to arches. Beds were super comfy with nice linens and pillows. Carpet seemed brand new. Super clean. It was also nice to be able to use the garage and pull our car in with so many trailers outside. Our kids were too little for the bikes but I loved that it was an option- will try to stay again when they’re older. Spacious enough for our family of 6- could have had a few more people with plenty of room. Appreciated the usable laundry too so we could wash so things after our hikes and not dirty our suitcases. Seriously no complaints. Loved it! Will stay again
