Inside, each bedroom one you'll find a comfortable king bed and a queen bunk beds in bedroom 2, making this unit a great option for a small family or group of friends. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. We are located two block off main street in downtown Moab which is the lively and vibrant area of town. You'll be within walking distance from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops, as well as local attractions like the Moab Information Center and Moab City park.
Other Things to Note:
Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street out front of the parking lot.
Hot Tub : For your safety, our hot tub is serviced daily by a certified inspector. Additionally, it is fully emptied and deep cleaned every Sunday morning.
Please note that this deep cleaning process may result in the water not reaching the optimal temperature again until Monday.

Great property with nice amenities. (hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor area) place was clean and had everything you needed. Great walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
This was an excellent place for our family. We enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ. It was great to have a soccer field close by and be within walking distance to downtown. Will stay again :-)!
Pleasant apartment with everything we needed. Very convenient location, easy walking distance from several good restaurants and easy drive to Arches and Canyonlands. Nice neighborhood with a park around the corner with children playing. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Great location, close to national parks. Walking distance to Moab. Clean property, well stocked kitchen. Quiet. Nice deck for relaxing after a day of hiking. Would definitely stay there again.
Great unit with plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day biking in the sun. Real kitchen with wares to prepare what you want or simply walk to one of the many restaurants nearby. Rooms were plenty large with comfortable beds.
We were in town for a trail run and this home more than met our needs. It's right off Main Street and well within walking distance to everything. The place is clean, well decorated and has everything you need. The property management team is highly communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
We came to Moab with a couple friends and our kids to go to Arches park. It was so nice to come back to an air conditioned apartment after hiking all day to relax with a variety of options on tv for the kids. We liked being able to make our own meals to save money on eating out. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had all the things we needed. Thank you !
Property was clean and met expectations. Walls seems to be pretty thin, we were on the top floor, but could still hear someone running in their unit. We could not figure out which unit it was, so that was a bummer as it kept us up late into the night one of our nights there. Otherwise, location was great, close to restaurants and grocery store, as well as Arches National Park.
Our stay was amazing. It was in walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the visitor center. We also visited Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. All nearby. We had a great time!
