Moosewood Cottage - Hot Tub, Downtown, Dog Friendly

Come home to Moosewood's charm and easy going style. Relax in in the roomy and spacious living room or dining room. Gather in the country kitchen for family meals. Moosewood is the perfect home away from home.

Three separate bedrooms (2 bedrooms with queen bed; third bedroom 2 twin beds) accommodate up to six people comfortably.
There's no waiting with Moosewood's two full bathrooms.

You'll love Moosewood's outdoor amenities too. Relax in the hammock or porch swing. Sip a cold drink underneath the colorful umbrella. Marvel at Moab's brilliant night sky while soaking in the hot tub. Or BBQ under the pergola.

Our downtown location couldn't be more convenient. Walk to town or ride your bike to Moab's famous Slickrock Trail. Restaurants and shops are just two blocks away.

Additional amenities include: AC, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, hot tub, and a BBQ.

Pet Policy:

We allow up to two small dogs (up to 25 lbs) in Moosewood. Our pet fee is $10/night/pet, and we will leave an envelope in your cottage for the fee. In your cottage you will find a "Pet Package" containing a towel, waste bags and yummy treats to welcome our four legged guests. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we ask pet parents to agree to the following Pet Policy before booking one of our pet friendly cottages:

I have read and agreed to the following Pet Policy for cottages at 3 Dogs & a Moose and I promise that:

-My pet is not aggressive; up to date with vaccinations and is well socialized with other animals and with other people.
-My pet is free of ticks and fleas.
-My pet will be with me under my care at all times.
-My pet will be on a leash and under my control when outside.
-I will clean up after my pet and dispose of any waste.
-I will keep my pet off of all furniture including the bed, chairs or couches.
-I will assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by my pet during my stay.

Parking at 3 Dogs & a Moose is limited. No RV's or large trailers please.

The house is so close to town we walked for every meal and shopping. Located close to all the wonderful parks and activities. We had meals outside on the patio and enjoyed the views.

Wonderful spacious home, great location

Very spacious 3 bedroom home with open layout living and dining area. The outdoor space is very nice with a beautiful garden and outdoor table. The location is perfect with an easy walk to many of the best restaurants in Moab.

House was nice and clean, gardens were lovely. We all enjoyed being on the patio. Nothing you can do about it, but the 1/2 block drive to the house was saddly full of potholes. A warning sign would be nice.However, access to town was a winner! We walked to every meal and shopping!

Cozy cottage in a great location!

Moosewood Cottage offers comfortable accommodations in a convenient location. We enjoyed the cozy property which included a fenced garden space shared by a few other cottages. The outdoor spaces were tidy and welcoming. Our cottage included all the necessities and then some. The furnishings were all comfortable and the whole house was clean. Our hostess was accommodating when it came to a few unexpected special requests and was very kind.

Moosewood Moab

The home and compound were exactly as advertised. The staff went over and above ALL expectations. Even coming by to unlock something for us on Christmas Eve!! This is a great location, walk to downtown, house was completely stocked and ready. Kitchen was great. Grill area was awesome. Overall a great place to stay. I cannot say enough good things. We come to Moab at least twice a year and the 3 Dogs and A moose will be our base camp from now on.

The grounds are gorgeous— it’s a blend of a nicely landscaped hangout space, and the perfect spot for a family to stay. Right off the main drag in Moab, but even closer to the food trucks, and live music that keep Moab happening!
