Beautiful fully modern twin home completed in February 2021. Spacious living/dining area with large outdoor patio. Beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains. Ample parking for truck towing UTV trailer. Unlike many listings our home does not require guests to fold our beds in a living area. All beds and sleeping quarters are in actual bedrooms.

Great spot in Moab

Very nice home, big enough for two families with kids to share comfortably. Nice location, just outside town, and beautiful views from the back deck and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

Took the family to Arches National Park. Property was perfect size for us. Nice finishes. 15 minutes to the park and 5/10 from downtown Moab. Would stay again!

Very comfortable house for a large group. We had 6 adults and 2 kids with us. Kitchen was well appointed with nice pots/pans, utensils, etc. Beds were memory foam and comfortable, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Digital check-in was easy and fast wifi (400mbps).

Beautiful Moab home

Beautiful home with outstanding views. We were traveling as a multi-generational family and there was ample room for all of us! The hot tub was a plus after days spent hiking. I highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful visit to Moab, and our family of 8 really enjoyed this property! It was so well supplied with everything in the kitchen, and even tons of extra toilet paper, and all the things you would need! The location had such a beautiful view and everything seemed brand new! The kids absolutely loved the hot tub and hiking at Arches was so close! A+

Beautiful home and absolutely spotless. The home was spacious and offered great amenities. The owner was quick to respond to initial questions at the time of booking. Information about the home was in a binder in the house and answered all our questions. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking and the views were stunning.

House was beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. I will say we thought it was a little more remote. But neighborhood was very quiet. It was nice having the empty lots behind the house for privacy. Great property and we would stay here again.

Beautiful home with fantastic views.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful modern home. The views of the morning sun coming up over the mountains was just fantastic. The location is great, easy to get to, and very convenient for going out hiking during the day at Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The private hot tub felt fantastic after a day of hiking. Then the town of Moab is great for any evening activities you want. The host was so quick and friendly to respond to any questions we had. It is a beautiful place and handled our 6 adult guests with luxurious accommodations.

Everything U Need

Our group of friends had a great stay in Moab at your property. A great layout with plenty of beds. 3 full baths plus the 1/2 bath was greatly appreciated. Kitchen was stocked with everything. Nice grill. Great hot tub. 2 sets of washing machines was a game changer. Lots of space inside and out to hang out after dinner. Very grateful for the stay.

Family Jeep trip

This property was perfect for us. We had 8 adults, 1 child, 4 Jeeps and a truck with a trailer. Plenty of parking. Beautiful location. House was very clean with wonderful decorations. Kitchen had everything we needed. Having coffee available was a nice touch. Comfortable beds and linens. Hot tub is nice way to end a day of outdoor activities. Owner has great communication. We would love to stay again for next years Easter Jeep Safari.

Excellent Vacation Rental

It’s the small things that make the difference between a four-star and a five-star review. We liked that the spice cabinet was full, that there were aluminum foil and saran wrap provided, and that soap and shampoo were provided. There were multiple coffee makers with coffee pods, and ground coffee available. There was also a coffee bean grinder. Very comfortable beds. Nice living area. Good outdoor seating.
