Great place to stay in Moab.

We enjoyed our stay at Rimview. Check in and out was easy. Place was clean and had plenty of room. It is at the opposite end of town from the entrance to Arches NP and all the restaurants, but also made it quieter. Traffic noise from the highway didn’t bother us at all. Would recommend.

Great weekend trip to Moab

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend. Great access to downtown Moab and Arches Park. Overall very clean. The only thing I recommend is an upgrade in extra basic pots and pans. Otherwise plenty of cups , plates, etc. Would highly recommend!

Great Place!

The property was a great place for us to stay during our weekend get away. The house was clean and amenities were nice. Spacious and fun for my kiddo to play. The kitchen could use some more things like a baking sheet, plastic baggies, and some storage. I gained detract from our stay. We had a great time staying in this house.

Good location and garage

I liked the location; just outside of town. The location made it feel more remote so that you could appreciate the scenery of La Sal Mtns. You could hear the traffic from the highway, but it was more like white-noise to me. I would rather hear the wooshing of highway traffic versus being in town and hearing the loud ev-ing and shifting at the intersections. The garage made it convenient to drop off gear (coolers, boots, back packs) without having to dump it in the hallway (in everyone's way). I couldn't get cell service, but the wifi worked great for messaging.

Cozy Comfortable Home

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental, and I was very pleased! The space was incredibly cozy, making it feel like a home away One of the standout features for us was the great trailer parking. It made our arrival and departure so much smoother, with plenty of space to park and maneuver.We also found it odd that there was no garage door opener, which made accessing the garage a hassleThe house was quite dusty upon arrival, with visible dust webs and dust accumulated along the baseboards. Additionally, there seemed to be a lot of hair and dust in areas that hadn’t been properly cleaned, which was disappointing. Another inconvenience was that the back sliding doors had no coverings, leaving us feeling exposed and not as comfortable as we’d hoped home

5 Day Stay

The house was clean and comfortable. There were a few minor issues that were not game changers, just inconveniences. The keypad on the front entry door requires 10 numbers to open. The keypad was difficult to use. The sometimes took multiple tries to open. There is a garage door opener, but no remote and no code for the outdoor keypad. This meant that that entry was was always through the keypad on the front door. The kitchen has appliances, pots, pans, and dishes. The nonstick pan was in pretty bad shape. Again, not a game changer, but good to know. The bathrooms are small. Single sinks. Adequate for only one person to get ready at a time. We would recommend this house if staying in Moab. While you do not go on vacation to watch TV, having a TV is nice. There are cable boxes with the TVs, but none of those boxes worked. The great room TV had access to on demand subscriptions, the main bedroom TV did not.

Great location!! Very clean. Large rooms. Lots of space for family. Lots of space outside sit and enjoy the pool and or hot tub, not to mention the large family room upstairs with a couch large enough to accommodate the entire of 10 plus comfortably. I would totally recommend this place.

Wonderful place to stay

The unit was clean the kitchen area had most of the coolest needed to make a meal. Having a garage, clothes washer and dryer was excellent. Coming back to a home environment, instead of a hotel room was exquisite.

Great place at the convenient location. Close to town and La Sal Mountains, also close to Arches, Canyonlands and other parks. House had everything you would need for a stay. The only downside was that patio door did not have shade, which was weird sitting in the living room at night.

Work-cation

This is a great property for a get away to Moab. We spent a week working and recreating. Plenty of space for multiple people to work.
