Cancellation policy for Entrada at Moab 624: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Guests who cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in will be refunded 50% for all nights. Guests who cancel less than 7 days before check-in will receive no refund. Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. On channels where Empty Spaces is the merchant of record and remits lodging taxes, the total rent will include all applicable state and local taxes, which may change at any time. Any tax increases after booking will be added to the guest's final invoice. Please note that this policy supersedes any policies from third-party booking sites (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com). These sites may charge non-refundable service fees, which we cannot control. Any refund requests or discrepancies regarding service fees must be directed to the booking site. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plus it was so well equipped with a great kitchen, lots of towels, comfy beds. Thanks for a great visit!
The location of this home is great - with quick access to Arches and Downtown. The cooking amenities were also plentiful - we cooked a few dinners at home and had all of the supplies we needed. Another great thing is the bikes that come included - making it easy to head downtown for some icecream or snack. Host was also very responsive with any questions we had.
Great location and perfect for our group of 4 couples
Very clean and well stocked with cookware, dishes, and towels for us. There was ample space and we were very comfortable without being crowded. The location was perfect for visiting Moab, Arches, and Canyonlands. When we are back in Moab, we will definitely book this location!
We had a great stay. It fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and had a great kitchen. The proximity to the pool was fantastic. Close enough to downtown without being too close. We liked it so much were thinking of return trip.

Everything was Excellent
Everything was great! Great location, well stocked, spotlessly clean and very nice. Customer service was amazing!
My group was very satisfied with our stay. The unit was well appointed, clean, convenient, private, and spacious. We would utilize this property again.
We enjoyed our stay! Everything was as described. Property is close to town and close to the National Parks entrances. Property manager was friendly and responsive. We needed to make a change to our dates and this was very easy. Nice added touches with snacks, water, coffee, toiletries, board games and swim towels. We have a hybrid vehicle and the charging station was very nice to have! We would definitely stay here again
Nice property! Appreciated the extra paper towels, dish cloths, games, kids toys and playroom (under stairs). We didn’t receive the check in email, which would have been helpful.
We really enjoyed our time in Moab. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. The location was close to everything. We look forward to staying here again!
