You will love the townhome's convenient location, just 5 minutes to downtown Moab and 10 minutes to Arches National Park.

Great place, quiet location, close to downtown Moab.
The house was perfect. It was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and we were within a very short drive to downtown and the parks. We would absolutely recommend staying here.
We received clear and timely instructions on how to check in and out of the property. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable with a kitchen that was well stocked with everything you need. The garage was huge and could easily have fit two cars. The location is convenient for exploring the national parks. Would stay there again.
Pros: Clean, quiet, close to pools and basketball/tennis court, well decorated, garage fit my full size truck, shampoo and conditioner, felt safe.
Cons: Living room TV hard to operate, toilet paper so thin you see through it, the carpet tac strip from the master bedroom to bathroom pokes you in the foot.
Great place to stay. We move the Rim Vistas when we come to Moab. This condo was great. Only bummer is the pool was only open til 9 instead of 10 as posted at the pool and on listings. And the blankets in the condo family room and closets smelled like it had been quite a few uses since theyd been washed. But contact with the manager was easy. She was very responsive. Right next to the pool and courts. Had washer and dryer. Good supplies in the kitchen. We'd stay here again!
The unit was very clean and comfortable and it did not have a bare bones appearance. The wall decorations etc were attractive and in keeping with the area. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of spare blankets etc. We did have some difficulty locating the unit in the dark. This particular garage is set back and the number above it was impossible to see and was out of sequence. I realize that the condo association was responsible for this but it would be nice if the owner gave a few more details on access in their welcoming letter. The location was perfect for our hiking trip and we appreciated the hot tub. We would rent again from this owner.
We had a fantastic stay at this townhome. Very easy access to the main road, not far from the downtown area. I was very happy with our stay. The garage made access to and from nice and private with the ability to leave a vehicle packed for our return trip. The host was fantastic and quickly answered questions that we had. My wife and I also visited the vineyards just south of this home and had a great time listening to live music. Again, this was a great place to relax.
Location is great, just outside of town, in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. The house is well equipped and we made big dinners each night. Bedrooms were upstairs, so consider that if you have mobility issues. We would definitely stay again.
Great parking for a trailer. Plenty of room for our truck, trailer with RZR and bikes.

This townhouse is in a great location, has lots of room, and allows for quiet and privacy. The kitchen has lots of counter space, the master has loads of room, and the garage access is very appreciated.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this rental and would definitely recommend.
Very spacious condo with room to spread-out. Large washer & dryer, over-sized garage & comfortable bed in each bedroom. The kitchen easily accommodated 3 adults with meal preparations. Plenty of hot water @ the end of the day for hot showers. Stephanie, the property manager, was easy to work with & attentive to our needs.
Great property as advertised and pictured. Easy to get to a few miles outside of Moab. Everything was super clean inside the condo and everything was up to date in terms of furniture, kitchen appliances, etc. Well decorated and cozy feel. Stephanie (host) was great for any last minute questions. Would definitely stay again for next visit to Moab.
Very pleased with this property and served our family well for the 3 nights we were there. Clean, lots of room for the 4 of us, convenient to downtown, pool close to the unit. Would recommend and stay there again if we return to Moab.
Great place to stay for visiting Arches and Canyonland
This townhouse was a beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained property. There was everything there that one would want (although we never cooked there or used the pool.). The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. We were a little farther out of town than we expected - but it's not an issue to drive in (about 10 minutes.). Stephanie was a very responsive host and easy to work with.
The house was located in a convenient spot, the check/out process was seamless, the pictures of the property were spot on and the house was very clean. The minor issues and questions were addressed promptly by Stephanie. Would have liked a towel rack in master bedrooms bathroom to hang wet towels. The binder was very helpful on what to do in the area as well as recommended restaurants. Overall a nice value for the monies spent and well worth the stay. Would highly recommend this house to any traveler.
We had a great stay in Moab! We absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for our family. Everyone had room to spread out. The host was amazing and really made sure we were enjoying our stay.
This place was AWESOME! Amazing price for the stay. The unit was large and super clean-- really cozy. The location was perfect for us, close to town but not downtown, with pretty quick access to the parks. Stephanie was so communicative and friendly. We would 100% stay here again!
