This luxury 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo is located in Rim Vistas with access to basketball, tennis, a pool and a hot tub. You’ll love the vaulted ceilings and spacious bi-level layout.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. Full appliances include gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, built-in microwave.

No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.

Pros: Clean & comfortable. Kitchen was in good shape. Customer care was very responsive.Cons: Not alot of character in the unit or the overall development. The smart TV’s were a bit old and had trouble connecting to internet. Overall: Solid, good value and no big complaints!

Great location. Really loved the area. Everything was perfect. I arrived at night after dark. Only issue was I had a little bit of a hard time finding the exact unit at night. Other than that everything was perfect and I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place to stay

This property was more than we expected, it was so nice! The house felt very homey and had everything we needed. There is a firepit and patio area to enjoy the sunset and sunrise. Directly next to it is a tennis court and a pool to cool after a long day of hiking. The washer and dryer were awesome, allowing us to catch up on laundry after days of vacation. Highly recommend!

Condo was excellent, but access email automatically delivered by email service to promotion folder made for a little bumpy landing. Also pool opens a little late and host asked for slightly too early check out (10am).

Quick winter get away

Property is lovely - but the hot tub and pool area are closed in January which was a surprise to us, FYI - The place is beautiful with lovely views! Super slow in the winter! 5 minute drive from the middle of downtown Moab. Book here!

Nice stay in Moab

We enjoyed this unit for three adults. Plenty of room throughout. Didn't receive any communication regarding the check-in process the day off so was a bit unsure how to access the unit. Suggest this gets added.

Property was great! Only challenge was getting in on arrival. Had to call VRBO to contact property manager to get code for door. Would have been better to get an email ahead of time with the info.

Moab condo in November

It was very nice. We enjoyed the entire condo. We had three slight issues,…the bedding on one of the beds was not clean, we lost our Internet for a while and had to have maintenance come and repair some equipment in order to be able to use it again, and there were very noisy neighbors outside at 4:30 in the morning and they woke us up. Other than that it was great.

Great hone in Moab!

Checking in was very easy and the property was easy to find. Most importantly the home was spotless. Everything was thoroughly clean when we arrived. Beyond that the home was perfect. The fireplace was lovely after long winter hikes in arches and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also we traveled with our two kids and they loved that the upstairs had their own TV sitting room. It gave them a place to hang out and watch whatever they wanted. The hone was also only 10 minutes from arches and very close to all of the restaurants and stores in downtown Moab. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Place for a weekend in Moab

Beautiful and clean property

Everything was great, the kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils. We enjoyed the place very much! The only issue was the wifi, it stopped working the last couple of days and we were not able to reach the owner to fix it.
