Summary:
Our beautiful main floor condo is only 5 minutes away from downtown Moab! Near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Dead Horse Point State Park, and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our condo is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Dog friendly! Condo accommodates a party up to 8!

***Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to have you in this dog friendly property (pet fees apply, 2 pet maximum & some exclusions apply). There will be a $100 per stay pet fee... dogs are not allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. So please inquire with us before booking***

This is located about 4 miles away from downtown Moab and is about a 5 minute drive there. Parking is first come first serve. There is parking right outside the unit, and can see your vehicle from the unit.

Bare Minimum

This property had the bare minimum. Everything was fine during the stay, but we noticed some of Kitchen gadgets weren’t working properly like the coffee machine. Property also needed some maintance (ie shower drain, closet door handle falling off). Overall layout worked for us with bed arrangements. Also nice to be on the first floor. Pool was great and warm.

The property is a little far outside of Moab, but in a small town its good. The property is well kept and the pool and hot tub are good. It's nothing too fancy.

Beautiful area to visit. This was more out of town then I wanted. The instructions to leave and lock the door where not correct for the lock type, had to figure out by myself. The shade in master that would not shut and had to hang sheets to cover the window. I had to fix the toilet handle before it fell off. The grill was nice and a good coffee pot. Most of the clean dishes in cubboard where dirty and we had to hand wash before we used them. Plenty of bedding for everyone. The stove and dishwasher should be replaced soon.

Very clean and dog friendly!

We came with my in laws and 3 dogs. The host let us bring 3 dogs which was wonderful so we didn’t have to find a place for our dogs to stay. The place was so clean and didn’t have carpet which I personally love because it feels more clean especially with pets. The host was very response whenever I reached out.

Mid April in Moab

Loved the first floor unit. We stayed 6 nights. Unit was clean. Comfortable beds. All appliances worked. Well located for visits to Arches NP and Jeep trails.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed the condo and would stay here again. We were on a two week road trip, and this was the favorite place that we stayed. Great location a few minutes outside of Moab and close to Arches NP and Canyonlands too. Kids enjoyed the pool. The only minor complaint was that we could hear the people in the unit upstairs occasionally. We did use the kitchen to make breakfast and dinner, and we could have used some more pots/pans/knives/etc.

Great Experience!

The condo was super nice. Loved that it was on the first floor, so we didn’t have to pack our things up the stairs. It was very clean. Everything worked well. The hot tub was wonderful! Not the cleanest, but it was so warm and nice on the snowy day. It was a little further south from town than we expected, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The host was super great to work with. They got back to us really quickly, and allowed us to check in early when we arrived earlier than expected. Overall, a great stay. Would highly recommend!

I don’t typically leave reviews but I must say we were disappointed with this property. It was not as pictured. The furnishings were cheap and in disrepair. There was not enough room in sitting area for 5 adults to fit comfortably. Thankfully our stay was short and time spent on property was minimal.

Best place, best hosts!!

We had the most amazing stay in Moab. The property was spotless, spacious, and in a great location. The amenities at the property were great - there is a lovely pool AND hot tub. The hosts were fantastic. We had a small issue on check in, and they had it resolved in less than an hour!! Highly, highly, highly recommend!!
