Host was welcoming and responsive. We had four adults and six kids and all had a place to sleep. The hot tub is nice and open year round. Had everything we needed.
We enjoyed our stay here! The property was very comfortable and convenient! 4 stars because the carpet felt a little dirty underfoot and the dishwasher was finicky. But overall a good stay!
Well appointed, clean, does have wear and staining in carpets, couch, pillow shams. Kitchen had everything needed and location is close to town but quiet.
Everything was perfect with our stay, plenty of room, easy to get to, and close to town without a long drive. Would definitely recommend and would come back!!!
Extremely convenient to Arches and Canyonlands. Plenty of towels and wash clothes for our group. Overall the rental was adequate for what we needed. However there were some cleaning and maintenance issues that should be addressed - clean intake vent under the kitchen table, clean vents in bathrooms, fix drain stopper in master bath. The couch and carpet should be replaced. Couch was worn, torn and smelled. The carpet had many stains. Water filter on refrigerator needs replacing.
This condo was within a very nice complex. The pool was very refreshing after a long day of activity. The condo itself was nice but can definitely use some improvements. The mattress in the master bedroom was horrible, the couch seemed worn out and had a rip on one of the cushions, and the carpets seemed old and worn. There were ants on the kitchen floor, but we just wiped them up with a damp paper towel. We did appreciate that this unit was on the first floor.

Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Disappointing. Actual condo did not live up to online listing. Carpet was old and stained all over, sheets and comforters were old and worn, place was poorly lit, many of the remotes didn’t have batteries, wheels on the bottom rack of the dishwasher were missing, mattresses were old and shelves in frig were broke.

Liked: Communication
I saw some reviews that talked about the carpet being dirty, but in the pictures it doesn’t really look that bad. The stay itself was good, but I highly suggest the management make some improvements. The beds are definitely older and on their way out. The bedding isn’t in the best shape either. As far as the carpet, sheesh. It should’ve been replaced a long time ago. It’s filthy. It definitely shows that it’s a pet friendly unit because you can smell the urine in the carpet. Probably easier to remove it and replace it with anything else besides carpet if it’s going to continue to allow pets. I would love to give it a much better rating, but just the carpet alone won’t have me staying again.
We were not very happy with our stay in this condo, and should have read the reviews a bit more. All of the poor reviews are valid, and the pictures on Vrbo do not match the condition of this unit. We arrived to a full dishwasher, and wet laundry in both the washer and dryer. The place is in need of a deep clean, new couch, carpet, beds and bedding (we ended up using the quilts from extra bedroom to cover the couch for sitting on). I am assuming it is the management company that handles all of this? I did ask, and got no response. Communication was ok, Tyler is good with standard, but not answering questions. Haley did come to our help when the door lock broke, battery needed. She was very helpful and nice, we were very grateful and hot after a long day. Our additions to issues, would be the Air conditioner - extremely loud, also the return on the floor very dirty. Tubs have issues draining. A large bug was fund in our friends bed. Lights not working in bedrooms, shelfs still missing from Frig. TV remote / internet OK ish. In the listing sleeping 10 would be tough, as 2 would have to sleep on the pull out from couch, and a mattress in closed for one of the twin beds. There was only 4 in our group plus pups, so OK for us. The pool and location were great, close to Moab and National Parks. There were some positive in unit, kitchen stocked, clean shelves. Layout of unit. Really just needs some attention.

We got off to a rocky start when we entered condo and carpets were sopping wet from a same day cleaning. Tyler was quick to help us resclve issue to our mutual satisfaction. We are leaving 3 stars because the property could use the following improvements. The carpet is old and definitely needs replaced. The furniture is too large for the space everywhere except the master bedroom. The sectional sofa impedes the hallway. The kitchen table is large and has to be pulled out to sit around, but then getting around is extremely tight. The dresser in the Queen room is too big and roomIs cramped. All the beds and pillows need to be upgraded. The king bed has seen some definite wear and tear. The twin over full room was rickety. The listing advertised a room with a Queen and 2 twins. The room actually had a twin bunk over a full/queen bed. There was an extra twin mattress in the master closet, but space was at a premium and only place to put it would be in master closet, master bedroom at foot of bed, or living room. We stayed 4 nights with 6 people and were given 2 little, hotel sets of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The couch needs to be replaced. You sink deep into it and it had at least one tear. The property managers were responsive, but the property is run down. Property is about 5-7min outside of town. The pool/hot tub is nice but only open 10a-10p. Condo had plenty of towels.
