Excellent location

Hotel is in a great location in the heart of Miyazaki. Although it is not new but is very clean and comfortable with very friendly competent staffs.

Where do I start? First and foremost I will say that I'm in love with shape and design of the building from the outside. It's a beautiful brutlist style. It's architecture I really adore and it's a really cool sight within the miyazaki skyline. I booked this hotel due to a friend I made in miyazaki recommended it in 2023. So in 2025 I was so excited to book here. The pictures look fresh, lots of natural light, a beautiful looking room. The bathroom looked a bit old, but I thought it would be ok. So there I booked the hotel. My first few days I was in the upper floor. The room was quiet. The bathroom was tiny, i can't say it was really that pleasant, but I thought my other room would do better. How wrong I was. The second room was extremely dingy. Ran down, and felt like I was stuck in a corner cupboard. The noise was insane. My first two nights a guest below me was banging around from 9pm until 3 am. I'm not sure what somebody would be doing for that long, but it meant I had such bad sleep. The second night... The same thing. Third night was quieter, but then you had the elevator being used none stop all night. There is no noise dampering within this hotel. It's too noisy. The air con loud. This hotel looked like it was from the 80s inside. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in Japan. The staff however are extremely professional. They are kind, and do their best. This hotel needs major reworks. This should be the gem in the miyazaki skyline.

Decent and close to the JR station.

Nice hotel, but they made us wait for their 3 pm checkin time when we showed up at 2:30. Not a good decision.

Location if the hotel is good! Room is clean! Downside is the ventilationis poor! Especially after shower, moisture jyst trap inside! The air condition is poor too, temperature can not be controlled!

Good location and reasonable price.

Overall, it is okay. However, paying extra 1,000yen for parking even though hotel information on the website said they offer parking space is one thing I didn't like.

Normal Budget Hotel

We arrived late at night. We were lucky to have the last lot at the hotel. Nothing much to compliment about. The room is rather small and generally not very clean. We do not think we will not choose here to stay if we come here again. It is considered convenient in the heart of city. It is quite near to the majar eating places. There is a maga Don Quijote which did make us happier. It is 10-15 mins walk from the hotel

とても感じの良い対応をして下さいました。駐車場からも近く、事前に地下なので荷物を下ろしてから駐車した方が良いなどとご連絡頂いたりととてもご親切に丁寧な対応をして頂き感謝しています。チラッと見掛けたのですが、宅急便の箱を2種サイズ感がわかるように外に並んでいたのですが、とても私達にとったら有難い対応だと思いました。お世話になり、ありがとうございました。オススメしたいお宿です。
