The bar/ restaurant was understaffed. The food was adequate, but burgers were raw. Bar staff not interested in food that couldn’t be eaten neither were Wednesday morning reception staff. Bundanoon Hotel
We paid extra for a "premium ensuite room" but were very disappointed with what we got. The room was tiny and didnt even have a chair or television. We didnt even stay the night and checked out not long after checking in.
