"Stayed four nights. I had a corner room. I didn't think all noises are coming from hotel guests. It was from drunk people outside late at night. Yes, I am talking around 2 am, the bars closing time. Happened every night I stayed. Bathroom was smallest I've seen. However nice people at reception desk and breakfast buffet attendants made up the flaw. Enjoyed breakfast every morning. I didn't have time to use onsen?big bath tub? I had a hard time adjusting the faucet though. May be it was just me."

"Older hotel but very clean and nice. Was centrally located and many convenient dining and transportation options nearby. The staff was very friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The night shift front desk person (I didn’t get his name) tried so hard to call 2 taxis for us to no avail. He went above and beyond his duty and was very apologetic when he couldn’t get a taxi to come to the hotel. We appreciate his efforts. The hotel is new and very clean. The library/cafe is cozy, bright and welcoming. Breakfast had quite an assortment of foods and numerous drinks and an assortment of smoothies. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping the rooms and corridors looking like new. There are a few places for meals near the hotels well as in the mall nearby. Highly recommend. "

"JR Clement Takamatsu continues provide excellent service during my five stays here. It is in a perfect location for accessing buses and trains and also ferries to the neighboring islands."

"The room was comfortable but a little small so I had to squeeze a little bit when opening my suitcase. This hotel was generally a good option but I found some mold emerged in the air conditioner. I think the hotel should clean it properly to secure healthy stays for their customers."
