"The room was nice and clean, very spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Pool was a shared indoor/outdoor, we did not use but did get in the hot tub! Very nice. Clean and relaxing. Breakfast was very good! They even offer a soft drink machine with coke products! It’s also open in the evenings and they have popcorn for a late afternoon snack! Nice treat! Safe area of St Louis with shopping and eating options within a 5 minute or so drive!"

"I was told I wouldn't be getting keys till the next day. Anytime I wanted in my room an employee would let me in. I obviously said that was unacceptable and wasnt staying there. They said they would still charge me for the room as it was a non refundable reservation. Last time I stayed here it was just atrocious. I had forgotten that whole event until I pulled up. Never ever again. But the lady at the front desk was nice. "

"The room was ok, lights flickering constantly. The TV in the living room did not work. We went downstairs to tell them they sent someone to look at it, but never returned to fix the Internet so our TV never worked. We initially went down there to let them know we unplugged it because we smelled a burning smell. The faucet dripped in the bathtub no matter how tight we turned it. Our last morning we had to come down three flights upstairs with a suitcase that was extremely heavy. The handle broke on it because we couldn't use the elevator. The staff in the breakfast area also stood in the way of guest, getting breakfast, gossiping about the shift before them."

"Breakfast was good, the beds were ok, the air conditioner worked. The bathroom was the worst area of the room. The faucet leaked and dripped and there was an orange rust stain the in the tub that looked like a skid mark. There was also a chunk out of the Sheetrock in the bathroom. The main concern for me was I went swimming one day and I got out and the front desk guy had locked me out of my room. I still had 5 more nights booked. He was really rude about it and I started crying. He didn’t wear a name tag so I couldn’t turn on him to management other than saying the short man with brown hair. Very rude to me and I heard him talking to other women that were checking in very poorly."
