"From the outside, the building doesn't look as attractive but the interior is nice and newly renovated. The lobby us a bit small but looks neat. We were pleased with the cleanliness and color scheme design of our rooms. Also, the breakfast was fantastic! I had two servings and the coffee was just a much needed journey to heaven. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable and safe."

"The sheets on the bed were stained. The bathroom was absolutely filthy, the toilet was dirty and there were hairs all over in the bathroom. I expected the property to be older but did not expect the room to be discusting."

"Unfortunately the small fridge did not work properly and we had to throw away all of our food. The TV did not work properly either with no guide on it. My sisters room had all sorts of stains on the carpet along with stains on her towels. I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. None of these things were in their control. "

The hosts thought of everything, from stocking snacks and drinks, to having extra amenities and presetting the temperature for our arrival. We even had a hand written card welcoming us. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to Jackson! "
