"The staff at check in was very accommodating with what she can do. The handicap room was given due early morning check in, but the bed had a huge dent which hurt my back. Room service took towels off the floor and hung back up leaving hair that was not mine on one of the towels. Will not be staying again. That fully tattooed bald male was rude and dismissive."

"Don’t choose your room Based on the photos. Balcony is very small and there is no view of the pool unless you get a suite. We had a view of the freeway and when they tried to help give us a better situation we were given a room with a view of rooftop A/C units. Room was nice and clean."
