What truly stood out, though, was the staff. I stayed here on the night Aomori Prefecture experienced the 7.6-magnitude earthquake, and the hotel staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They provided clear instructions in both Japanese and English, stayed calm and professional, and made sure guests felt safe and reassured throughout the night. By the next morning, everything was running like normal, which was impressive given the circumstances. They even had the shuttle running to get me to the airport without any issues. Great service, excellent hospitality, and a hotel that truly cares about its guests. I would absolutely stay here again."
