Everybody in the hotel was very, very friendly and helpful, with whatever issue we came and all staff are good humoured. The hotel is well equipped with many practical and comfortable features (onsen, washing machine, restaurant). Altogether it is excellent value for money.

設備は新しくないがフロントで自由にコーヒーが飲めたり、大浴場があったりと嬉しい設備があるのは良いと思います。本八戸駅からも徒歩5分かからない立地も移動に便利です。

みちのく潮風トレイルを歩くのに利用しました。 温泉でゆっくり癒されたし、何よりコインランドリーがとても助かりました。 朝食ビュッフェもせんべい汁が嬉しかったです。 チェックアウトも鍵をボックスに入れるだけで、スムーズに出来たし満足でした。 駅からすぐ近くで、隣にドラッグストアとスーパーもあり、とても便利でした。

The breakfast was very good. The rooms were comfortable but definitely on the small side. Guest instructions are not consistent with what is actually done. The instruction sheet says to leave your key at the main desk if you leave the hotel (which is similar to some hotels in Europe). However, if you do, they start checking you out. So don't do that.
