"You need to be conscious of what you are paying vs expectations. I stayed one night because next day I was going on a cruise. Super friendly and helpful staff, great shuttle service, breakfast was ok. Many people give low ratings because they want to pay cheap and expect 5 stars, Alaska is expensive and mostly during cruise season. Understanding the above… then this is a good hotel for your money. If you are staying more than 1-2 nights I would recommend a different place if you want to enjoy amenities etc. but dont expect luxury if you are not willing to pay top $$$."

"Super friendly staff and very clean. They have an amazing way of keeping the bugs down and away from the cabin. We couldn't have been happy. The sauna and a hot tub were great. The cabin is far enough away from the water that you don't have to worry about the noise of the watercrafts, but it literally is a minute , walk down the path. You you see the water from the cabin. The extra amenities like kitchen utensils and hot plate were perfect for us. It was so incredibly peaceful.It was exactly what we needed. I highly recommend everybody check them out."
