"I think the property was friendly to pets. It had a lot of room in the front & back yard, along with a lot of space in the living room & kitchen. The bed is big, so your pet could definitely sleep with you on it or they could go into the guest bedroom too. There is a massage chair that was definitely relaxing & the place was clean"

"We only used the shuttle to get us to the civic center for our next destination and reserved it when we checked in. The first room we had was not good at all and requested to be moved which was honored. The hotel had a slight refurb but could definitely use an overhaul of the rooms. We only stayed one night and it was suitable for the price."
"Rooms were very very small and old. Couldn’t control the temperature and it was too hot. Breakfast items were minimal. Beds were smaller than we anticipated."
"Front staff was the rudest I have ever encountered. There we no clean towels and when we asked about a rollaway we were told we couldn’t have one after it was already confirmed."
"We really liked this hotel and the staff was very helpful. The only issue was there were some maintenance issues with the bathroom sink. Also, the road was noisy, but they provided ear plugs. The hotel is walking distance to the train station but there is drug use and homelessness evident in the area."

"Staff was very nice and friendly, however, property is old and room is extremely basic. Linens are old and need to be replaced. Typical roach motel, you get what you pay for."
"Carol has a beautiful B&B. The yards are manicured and such a lovely setting. It is so peaceful down by the lake or in the back yard. Breakfast was fabulous. She goes above and beyond."
