This three bedroom / three bath cottage is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood beneath towering Florida pines and reflective views of the lake from the screened porch and private dock.

Upon entering the red cottage door, the light features and tile floor leads you into the living room tastefully decorated with a large couch, 2 chairs, a comfy leather recliner, and a flat screen television.

The fully furnished kitchen is brightly lit with white cabinets and trimmed in natural wood.
The glass dining table and rattan chairs are surrounded by windows and natural light and seats up to 6 people.

The guest bedroom next to kitchen features a King bed, flat screen TV, hard wood floors, and a bath with granite vanity and tub shower combination.
The second guest room has a light décor with twin cast iron beads, and a bath featuring a granite vanity and walk in tile shower.
The spacious master bedroom has hard wood flooring, a king-sized bed, upholstered chairs, a flat screen television, a large bath with double granite vanity, and a balcony overlooking the lake shaded by Florida pines.

After a long day of golf or playing at the beach, the back porch is great for relaxing and the dock features chairs for lounging with peaceful views of the lake.


*The home also offers a golf cart for easy transportation around the resort! Once you arrive at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Welcome Center for check-in, an additional $500 damage deposit for the golf cart will be charged/held for up to 14 days after departure. Once an inspection of the golf cart is completed after your departure, the funds will be released back to your card if there is no damage.
