Then the adjacent home, The Brookie, is next door. With five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, as many as 16 beach-loving guests will enjoy every second of their stay here. Decorated in contemporary furnishings and outfitted with special touches including stainless steel kitchen appliances, an elevator and three stories with a private waterfront balconies, this home will have you feeling relaxed in no time. An outdoor gas grill calls for evening cookouts in the summertime. The luxe master bedroom, located on the third floor, has its own wet bar, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom. The private residential elevator is made available when required by a guest. Please discuss with us in advance of your stay if you will need use of the elevator.

The private splash pool can be heated upon request for an additional $55/day plus tax or $385/week plus tax. Pool heat is charged for the entire length of stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5

Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach.
No weddings allowed.

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
