With a king bed in the master and a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room, this lovely condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Pilot House in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort adds a luxurious flair to vacation rentals at the Village. Many like to fish off this long wharf or stroll out to the end to enjoy the shimmering scenery. Baytowne offers a wide array of restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals with fireworks, free concerts, and abundant amusements.  Grand Boulevard is also a short distance away serving as Sandestin’s Town Center with additional restaurants, bars specialty shops, and upscale clothiers.

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort's 2400 acres boasts 72 holes of golf, the gorgeous pool with two hot tubs, 14 tennis courts, a full-service spa, and fitness center, zip-lining, a 98 slip marina with available jet ski and kayak rentals, and boat parking can be arranged with Baytowne Wharf for an additional charge. If that weren't enough, Sandestin's fabulous sugar-white beaches are a short car ride away!

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
