With five spacious bedrooms, each featuring a king bed, guests can enjoy plenty of room to relax and unwind. Guests will appreciate the attached bathrooms to each bedroom complete with double vanities and walk in closets. Upstairs recreation room has pool table/ping pong table and gaming area. Utility room with full size washer & dryer and upstairs with compact washer & dryer. Chefs kitchen with Wolf appliance and Subzero fridge, Outdoor kitchen and hot tub. Neighborhood has 2 community pools, We hope you enjoy what our place and Miramar Beach has to offer. POA Requirements-8 guest MAX including children, Minimum 7 day stay, no golf cart rentals, parking in driveway only
