This luxury beachfront townhome has four bedrooms and a new bunk room with four bathrooms and a private splash pool overlooking the beach. The house features an upscale living room, granite countertops in the kitchen with stainless steel VIKING appliances, and hardwood floors throughout the second and third floors. This three-story Gulf front home, located in the Frangista Beach community, features breathtaking balcony views.

The first floor of this home offers a living area with a wet bar and flat-screen TV, and has a full bathroom for guests making use of the King bedroom. There is also a new bunk room located on the first floor. There is a private, jetted splash pool on the balcony, overlooking the Gulf. When you step outside you will find a private walkway to the beach.

The main living and dining areas are located on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with Viking professional appliances including a gas cooktop, plus granite countertops and custom cabinets. The guest room on this floor is furnished with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a charming Romeo balcony.

There are two bedrooms on the third floor. The master suite has a wet bar fridge, a private balcony on which to sip your morning coffee, and a large private bathroom with a walk-in travertine shower that has two large shower heads and a garden tub. The third bedroom is furnished with a King bed and is adjacent to another full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Seaside Treasure is an all-clean bedding participant.

The community pool is only a short stroll away and located one block north.

Frangista Beach is minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping.

POOL HEATING - The private splash pool (not a hot tub) can be heated for an additional $45/day plus tax, and must be purchased for the entire stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5

Parking available for up to 3 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off-site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more than 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

My family had a great experience even with the bad weather, the house was conveniently located and management was right on, with minor issues with a trip breaker and a clogged sink everything else was perfect.

Perfect Location

We truly enjoyed visiting this well appointed property. Being directly on the beach can't be beat, and the decor and room set-up made it comfortable for everyone. The owners could have made this a 5 bedroom, but decided to keep it 4, allowing for an extra living space with a "pull out" available if needed. We enjoyed having the extra space, small bar and freedom to come & go from the beach without walking through someone's room! There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen is well equipped if you prefer to dine in. The ice machine was a nice surprise and we loved the convenience of it. We will be back!

We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We took our dogs, but only owners dogs can go on the beach. Spring Break was busy, but not too busy. This is a very nice beach. The house is located in the heart of Frangista Beach, making it walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops and even a CVS on 98. This home has the most well-appointed kitchen of any rental home we have experienced with all top end appliances and all the cookware, storage and baking needs, with every imaginable utensil. The bedrooms are well-appointed with comfortable bedding and spacious baths. The Frangista Beach property management company could not have been more helpful. A definite must re-visit.

Awesomeness!!

Stayed here with my spouse, adult children, and their significant others. Could not have asked for a better place to spend the week. All main bedrooms have king beds with luxurious linens (my wife has spent hours researching where to buy them), and are super comfy (need to know what master b/r mattress is, please)! The beach is a short (~30’) walk from the back patio. The beautiful gulf waters and your umbrella and chairs setup are a short walk from there. Order a golf cart to rent for maximum fun!

Excellent family get-away!

The property was exactly as listed. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived. The pool on the balcony was so nice for the children at the end of the day. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bedding was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the ice machine was a definite plus!!! The elevator was great for our 90+ grandma who travelled with us. The beach chairs and beach towels were great. The location was perfect! I will return to Seaside Treasure as soon as I can!

Beach houses have problems, so this trip was between refrigerator replacement, which was not a problem, and we lost gas service, which we believe was an issue with the gas company and not the house. Frangista was on top of everything right away. We love Frangista and plan to continue our rentals.

Fantastic property

We had a fantastic week with my 3 daughters, their husbands and 6 grandchildren…The weather was perfect all week, property was clean, location was on the beach and close to all restaurants and grocery stores…Even though the property management was always prompt with any issues and concerns, we had two unresolved issues…The Viking refrigerator temperature never went below 45’… which caused us to put baby formula and certain food items in the 2 wet bar fridges… also the washer quit draining and spinning due to an outside pipe being clogged… appliance company said it would be 4 days before they can fix it which took us to the end of our stay… owners need to resolve these issues before the next party arrives. Still had a grand stay.
