There’s golf, tennis, basketball & pickleball, and popular Moon Crush concert venue - all within walking distance. A private bedroom balcony offers a peaceful lake view. The Whale's Tail has an open air bar on the beach side where you can walk up in your swimsuit and flip flops to get your favorite summer drink! (They also have restrooms that you can access.) Walk to Bad Ass Coffee, DQ, Beach Bar and more. Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's, and Acme Oyster are only a mile away. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Reset thermostat to 75 degrees for AC and 60 degrees for heat.
On your last day up from the beach PLEASE spray off used beach chairs at the shower area in the south end of the parking lot and leave inside back porch to dry.
