  • You will LOVE to stay here. New three seat golf cart (seats 6) comes FREE with rental for enjoying the beauty of Sandestin. Ride the golf cart to the beach, to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, to the Grand Boulevard in Sandestin which has a brand new movie theatre and great restaurants and shops, to the marina, to the many restaurants and shops in Sandestin, to the Publix grocery, or just enjoy riding around on property...or if you would like to ride bikes, we furnish FREE 4 adult and 2 children new bicycles. (Due to Sandestin's rules, a bicycle helmet is required for any child under the age of 16 so please bring with you.) A beautiful townhome villa - three bedroom, three bath, approximately 1750 square feet. Fully furnished and equipped, sleeps six to eight. In Bayou Village in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort overlooking Links Golf Course and with views across Choctawatchee Bay to the Sandestin Baytowne Marina.

    This Non-Smoking townhome features a large screened-in patio downstairs with beautiful tile, and an upstairs deck off the master bedroom. The large master bedroom has a king bed with walk-in closet and full bath with double shower. The other spacious bedrooms have a queen bed in one and two extra long twins in the other. All bedrooms have SMART TVs. Washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances, ice maker, Keurig coffee pot as well as regular Cuisinart coffee pot, iron and ironing board, hair dryers in every bathroom, queen sofa sleeper, ceiling fans, and FREE HIGH SPEED wireless internet.

    *** We have a new VERY LARGE screen SMART TV in the living room with all new furniture.

    Our wonderful townhome is close to all resort amenities and the beach. In addition to Sandestin's amenities, we provide (FREE): golf cart (seats 6) new bicycles (4 adult, 2 children), 4 scooters, boogie boards, skimmie boards, beach chairs and umbrella, beach mats, and lots of toys for the beach, and fishing rods and reels with tackle box. Enjoy fishing for trout just steps away in the well stocked fresh water lakes or salt water fishing in the bay.

My family had a wonderful time at your second home! The beach equipment is fully stocked. The golf cart was great to move around the wharf and the beach. The property was very clean and had everything we needed! Mrs. Judy is a great host, she took the time to text me with recommendations of free activities during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home is awesome and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and all the amenities Sandestin has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and private. The golf cart is key in this community!The kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. We especially loved spending time on the patio after long days at the beach.Robert and Judy were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made the entire process seamless from booking to checkout.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect Sandestin getaway. Perfect Getaway

We had a great time at the Sandestin Resort, and the house was exactly as described. Hosts were very helpful with communications, sharing local things to do and having lots of amenities like bikes and beach towels to use.

We had a great stay! The location was very centrally located super easy to get to the beach, the pools, and Baytowne Wharf and the Marina. The golf cart was definitely a great plus. Would definitely book again for future trips.

Great place to stay in Sandestin

We enjoyed this place so much last year that we booked with them again this year. The location is perfect for staying at Sandestin. They have a golf cart to get you around to shopping, dining, the grocery store, the Wharf and the best, the beach. There are two pools you have access to that are clean and fun for the family. The condo has a screened in porch that we enjoyed and the rooms are all cozy for the stay. I hope to visit again!

Robert and Judy were exceptional to work with anytime We had a question a simple text and it was answered almost immediately, excellent communication and cleanliness of the property. We will be back. The golf cart and bikes were a huge plus for our family. We look forward to coming back.

Perfect location in Sandestin

We stayed in this wonderful condo at the end of July with our young adult children, and we had such a great vacation here. Perhaps most importantly, all of us agreed the beds are the most comfortable we've encountered at any lodging anywhere. All the furniture is comfortable and set up for lounging and relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked, and decor is so fun. The screened-in porch is FABULOUS and overlooks a lovely greenspace, the sidewalk and small road, hole 13 of the Links course, and the bay in the distance. We loved cruising all over Sandestin on the golf cart, biking, fishing in the nearby ponds and bay, dining and playing and watching fireworks at the Wharf, playing pickleball, golfing, and floating in the ocean. You can take the golf cart through the tunnel under hwy 98 to easily access the beach, and we packed the provided beach chairs and toys (along with our cooler) onto the golf cart, making life easy. The beach is crowded in the summer, but not much different from other places. This condo is also perfectly situated near the main pool - an easy bike ride or golf cart ride. Two full baths and all three bedrooms are upstairs (with washer/dryer), and one full bath is downstairs. The owners were great with communicating and responding to any needs. We will be back as soon as we can!

Host was amazing, property was perfect for the 6 of us, kids loved sandestin resort. The house was roomy and loved the 3 full bathrooms! Golf cart was an added bonus! Check in was a breeze! The owners were always quick to answer questions and filling me in on information about activities. Didn't have to worry about beach stuff as they had everything we needed which was amazing! We were in Destin for a baseball tournament so we didn't get to enjoy a lot of the amenities that sandestin offers but we are already talking about going back so we can really dive in and enjoy the resort more!

This home is very centrally located on the property, close to the wharf, pools, beach and ponds for fishing. The kids loved using the golf cart to get around, but everything was so close they could walk also. I loved not having to bring or rent beach chairs, umbrellas, boards and beach towels. An added bonus was the use of bicycles and fishing equipment, there were so many things for the kids to do. Judy was great to work with and check in/out could not have been easier. Highly recommend!

4 th annual girls trip

Loved the house and the community. Only had to take our car to Harbor Walk. Everything else was accessible with the golf cart. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

The location and golf cart was excellent. The things we missed was an outdoor grill and the stove was a little outdated. We brought things to grill and had to use the oven which took too long. Enjoyed our stay..

Great Location and Host

Second time at this location in the last 12 months. We will book again for next years trip. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers and never felt crowded. Lots of space, clean, and Judy is great to work with. The golf cart is a huge win, making it easy and convenient to get everywhere.
