Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort in the Village of Baytowne Wharf: The balcony and living room overlook sunsets on the bay in Baytowne Wharf. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, the marina, zip lines, bike rentals, night life , 4 golf courses, several and stocked bass ponds. Beach access is just across 98.

Included is a strong wi-fi (I host zoom/teams meetings) three pools, one heated pool, two hot tubs. 863 sq ft. King in the master, Queen murphy bed in foyer, pull out couch in living room.

The Baytowne Village is one block away with Restaurants, Shops, Zipline, Kids carnival type entertainment:

Live Music: Hammer Heads, Village Door (Go see Ike play the blues), and the village stage, Rum Runners Piano Bar.
Fireworks (Peak season Tues, Watch from the bridge going to the Marina Bar or from your BALCONY!)
Night club: The Village Door (also restaurant), Dueling Pianos: Rum Runners
Don't miss the Marina Restaurant/Bar and tree houses
Breakfast: Another Broken Egg, The Local (some days)

Anniversary Trip

We came back to stay at Sandestin for our 16th anniversary since this is where we stayed when we were married and had our reception here. It is still one of my favorite places on earth. Travis was an amazing host, super communicative. His place was spectacular and super clean. We will be back soon!

Convenience with a beautiful view

Travis’s property was clean and conveniently located for our family vacation. The screen lock went out the second day, but the host quickly gave us an alternate way to access our room for the remainder of the stay. Two of the patio chairs were damaged - I’m sure the Florida sun makes them brittle, but regardless we enjoyed the patio every morning and evening! It was a beautiful view of the bay!
