The Blue Surf Townhome complex is a terrific and classic Emerald Coast area to visit. Blue Surf is small in size and yet full of convenience! With only 34 units in Blue Surf, that makes for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for all guests. Blue Surf is well positioned along Scenic Gulf Drive. It is across the street from Pompano Joe's Seafood House. Headed east down Scenic Gulf Drive it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the Dairy Queen and Bad Ass Coffee. Headed west you will have the options of Kenny D's or Captain Dave's to dine. There are dozens of other restaurants, groceries, retail shops, the outlet mall within a couple of miles. If you take a short drive down to the Harbor's of Destin you will find lots of fun things to do as well. Water slides for the kids, miniature golf, amusement rides, or just sit on the Harbor at one of the many places to eat and watch the fishing boats arrive with their catch of the day.

At Blue Surf you can step out onto the lush green landscaping with plenty of space to throw a frisbee or to play a game of shuffleboard. Anywhere you stay at Blue Surf, you are only steps away from the pool (which is heated October - April). You will have incredible accessibility to the Emerald Coast white sand as far as you can see.  Parking is reserved at Blue Surf for each unit. There is never a hassle to find a parking spot during your visit.

BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED FROM MARCH THROUGH EARLY NOVEMBER! Thats right.....2 chairs/ 1 umbrella will be set up for you at the beach each and every day of your visit. Set up times are daily 9am - 5pm CST.

Blue Surf #22 is the perfect condo to brighten your day. Each room is painted a different cheerful, summer, make you feel good color! Unit #22, a two-bedroom/ 2 bath townhome unit underwent a major facelift in October 2021 including new vinyl plank flooring on the 2nd floor and stairs, new furnishings and decor, new blackout curtains at the sliding glass doors and new plantation shutters at both the kitchen and upstairs bedroom windows, new microwave and stove. and new king bed in master bedroom. There was a new couch and ottoman purchased in 2019.

There are 2 bedrooms /2 bathrooms each on a separate floor and at different sides of the townhome to provide maximum privacy for two couples or a couple with children. Both bathrooms have wall-mounted hotel-style hair dryers. Blue Surf 22 also features two reserved parking spots right outside the entry door and private, high-speed Internet service from Cox Cable. You should have no problem getting access to the Internet or streaming media with this private Wi-Fi system.
