The Complete package!

If you're looking for a family friendly house that includes everything you need for a relaxing stay, this is the place! Bedrooms are spacious, the house is recently remodeled and the backyard with your own private pool is a great place to come relax after a long day at the beach. The property is super dog friendly. If that wasn't enough all the extras you can need for the beach are provided not to mention the included golf cart to enjoy and explore the main strip! We'll be back!

Clean,Family Friendly!

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed in this subdivision and the first to stay in this house!! Neighborhood community can not be beat and this house was definitely one of the tops!The host was so great to work with and the house was very well stocked with what you need plus very clean!!The pool area is great and by far one one the most private in the area!Book your vacation here and you will not be disappointed!!

Wonderful Stay!

Beautiful rental property just minutes away from the beach by either walking or driving the golf cart that included with the rental. Everything matched up with what was listed online. The hosts were responsive and provided simple and clear instructions from check-in to check-out. This place will stay on our radar as a must stay when we come back to the Emerald Coast!

Great family vacation

Our family had a wonderful week in this house. It is exactly as described. The location is great especially with the golf cart. The pool is perfect and the house had everything needed for a great stay. It is also very clean! I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place

We did a family vacation and chose this home to be our home away from home. We all absolutely loved the whole atmosphere!! When we arrived the golf cart was fully charged and the pool was ready!! During our stay hurricane Helene was coming in and Eric and Jessica were in constant contact with us to check on us and they came and took care of the pool furniture!! If you are looking For a great place nice gated neighborhood this is the place for you!! Plenty of room plenty of amenities and plenty of room to sleep a lot of people! Thank you Eric and Jessica!

Another perfect vacation

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and definitely won't be our last. The property is very well maintained and in a great location. The property manager Jessica is absolutely wonderful to work with. I feel like I am always writing the same review but everything is always so perfect there that there just aren't any negatives. We actually completely feel like we are guests. Very relaxing because we have never had any issues there. Would highly recommend to anyone!

“Girls Trip”

We stayed at this property on our annual girls trip. The house was exactly as described and pictured. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved having the pool and golf cart. The house was convenient to great shopping and restaurants. We appreciated the stater package (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods etc…) The management (Jessica) was very responsive to texts and easy to work with. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Don't Pass Up The Opportunity To Stay At Rustic Retreat

Pictures don't do this home justice. We were in town from Wisconsin on a week long get away. Upon arrival, access to the gated neighborhood was easy. The home was immaculate. Everything was extremely clean and there was plenty of space for the 4 adults and 2 children to spread out. The garage has a bunch of beach chairs, boogie boards, kids sand toys, pool toys and floaties. The golf cart was a great add. We used it to get to local restaurants in Miramar Beach but I recommend going early if you want to find parking. Jessica was great in her communication. Overall an amazing place and we can't wait to stay here again when back in Destin.

Great house with Pool & Pet Friendly

My husband and I brought our adult children and grandchildren plus our daughters dog to the beach. The house has a good size pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Included with the house is a golf cart that we enjoyed going to the beach and restaurants plus our nightly ice cream run. Included are lots of huge nice beach towels and plenty of beach items- toys, chairs etc.So glad we found this gated community. The only really disappointing was a 5 pm checkin. We liked having 2 king beds plus a queen and 2 sets of bunk beds. *****

Excellent stay

Just as advertised and following all the other reviews, the place was spotless and well maintained. It has everything you need to be called a home away from home. The gated community made it feel more like a home, then a rental. Having no neighbors behind the house gives it a quiet and private feeling to it, and having north and south access to the community was an unspoken bonus. If you want to go someplace other than the beach, having direct access to Hwy 98 is a nice option, versus driving the scenic route. The heated pool was great. It’s nice to play in the pool in the morning, go to the beach in the afternoon, then jump in the pool in the evening when you return. The deeded beach access is a quick 10 minute walk from the house, or you can take a quick drive on the golf cart to the public parking up scenic route. The little welcome package Jess leaves, paper towels, TP, laundry pods, dish sponge, hand soap is a nice touch. If we are ever in the area again, we’ll stay here again. 100%

Cozy & Convenient

House was just as described. Golf cart was a must, awesome to have, handy and nice to get to beaches and small local stores bear beach area. House was super clean and so was the pool. We stood there 1 week and pool guy was there mid week and then there again once we left, which was good to see! We been on other homes where pool has been disgusting, and this was not the case here. Host was amazing, super nice, responded quickly to anything. Plenty of cooking pans, plates, silverware etc! House was fully equipped. We enjoyed the house very much and will return next year for sure. Oh also one last thing, i forgot a blanket which was very special to me and i called Jess to see if they found it and could ship it back to me and she arrange the shipping and i paid for the shipping cost. I don’t think any other place would do that. Thanks Again Jess for everything. I definitely recommend this place.

The best of the best!

Let me first start by saying that we have traveled to the area 9 times in the past 12 years. We have stayed in condos and we have stayed in homes. I am incredibly picky when it comes to choosing a property to stay in. With that being said, this was, by far and away, the BEST property that we have ever stayed in. I originally chose to book this property because we have stayed in Paradise Retreat many times before, but this was the only property to ever offer the golf cart IN the cost of the booking. HUGE PLUS! Also, the pool looked amazing. But when we arrived, I could not have been more pleased with our decision. The home is immaculate. It smelled clean the moment we walked in. The owners provided some necessities, such as hand soap, laundry detergent packets, dishwasher packets, etc. All things that we brought along because we have never stayed at another property where these things were provided. That right there puts these owners in the "above and beyond" category! We had two small incidents that we needed to contact the property manager regarding (nothing that they did wrong - one was a trash issue and one was a gate code issue), and they were instantly responsive. I would 150% stay here again - probably every time that we come down in the future. We were all impressed with every detail of them home. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with us! It was THEE best trip that we have ever taken to the area!

Gave it only 4 stars because of the mattresses having deep holes in them. Could use new mattresses but overall a wonderful place to stay. The common area is the best part where a group of 10 had plenty of space to spend the mornings and evenings.
