Spacious villa includes golf cart, 2 bedrooms on 1st floor, pet friendly!

  • This spacious, three-bedroom condo with loft is located in the quiet beachside neighborhood of Beachwalk Villas. This shaded and quiet neighborhood is minutes from the beach and all of the activities at the Village of Baytowne.

    The downstairs has an open concept with high ceilings- the dining room will seat six and the breakfast bar will seat three. The kitchen has updated appliances and hard surface countertops with a full-sized dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with ice maker and water in the door! The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, cookware and serving pieces for those large family meals.

    The first/ground floor contains two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a full-sized washer and dryer in the hall.

    The upstairs contains the master suite with a king bed and a master bath with double sinks, shower, and a bathtub. The loft includes one sleeper sofa and two twin-size beds.

    The Living room has a sofa, loveseat, and comfy chairs, and opens up on to the patio which has a view of the lake- a wonderful place to recoup after a day of running around the resort.

Family beach trip

The stay was great. We originally were going to have a smaller group but ended up having a few more family members and was recommended this place. It was very clean and everything was great. I love this location and the golf cart is must for beach trips.

Given the vast amount of rental options in Destin, we couldn't have been more happy with our choice! This place was fresh and clean, and the kids loved all the bathrooms! The pond in the backyard was beautiful. Zipping around in the golf cart was really fun.

Enjoyed Our Spring Break

This is a nice place to stay in Sandestin. We enjoyed the golf cart, the resort amenities and the little shopping center at the resort entrance. It's also close to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, which is a super cute shopping, restaurant and activity village around a lagoon. We had to buy beach chairs which was a pain but I understand why they don't have them at the house.

The property is in a great location in Sandestin and the villa was very spacious, with plenty of room for 8 women and all of their beach stuff. Everything was updated inside with plenty of dishes / appliances in the kitchen. The beach and and pools are very close hy.very

We had the best time!! Nicely remodeled & very clean rental. Enjoyed the pond in the back yard for fishing. Easy access to the beach, pool, ponds & Baytowne Wharf with the golf cart provided. We will definitely be back next year for our 3rd trip.

The unit is well apportioned, conveniently located to Fort Walton, Destin, Miramar Beach, Seaside, Seagrove, Santa Rosa, Grayton Beach, Sandestin. Many quality restaurants and shopping alternatives. The unit was walking distance to all of the amenities stated above, pool and beach access. This is our 4th stay at this property and with this owner. They have always been reachable and responsive and we have never had any issues. We will return!

Had whole family (8) staying in house for the week. House was great and easy to find. Shelly was great to work with and golf cart was a plus in getting around the resort. Weather was not so good.. beach was closed 5 out of 6 days due to rip tides. Lots of room in house for large group using upstairs and down stairs BR Good time by All..

Enjoyable vacation at this clean and spacious property!

We had a very enjoyable vacation for two weeks in Sandestin Resorts at this clean and spacious property. The unit is in a great, safe, and secure location. Having a golf cart made it easy to get to the pool, beach, golf courses, and site seeing around the resort properties. Appreciated having two master bedrooms/bathrooms on the main floor. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and a crock pot. The owner was very responsive to any questions we asked. Should note that the back sliding doors should be replaced as the entire windows are very cloudy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great visit to Sandestin and this Beachwalk condo. Perfect for five adults and three kids under 12. Golf cart was fun and handy!! Upstairs bed did break on second night - had to sleep with mattress on floor. Owner had it fixed in two days. Outside front and back could use some attention.

Interior was nice , beds and indoor furniture was nice . Outdoor furniture needs replaced , old and rusty . Walk in entry and back landscape is rough . Pleanty of kitchen items for daily use . Back sliding doors need replaced , can't hardly see thru due to seals broke and cloudy windows . Golf cart broke down but was fixed the next day , dryer had issues but was fixed the next day . Overall our stay was good . Thanks

The condo was just as described. Wonderful location. Golf cart was so useful. Beach and oils were very nice. I would think about a new cleaning company. Stove top was dirty, couch had what seemed to be powered sugar all over but brushed right off. I dropped something under upstairs bed and it was pretty dirty under there. I would think about replacing mattress in downstairs back bedroom it is pretty hard and creaks awlful. Also the umbrella outside really needs replaced. But all in all we had a fabulous time and it was a very nice place to stay.
