Supplies: Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Maravilla Beach Resort is a popular family complex in a 33.7-acre gated community featuring 2.5 acres of private beach with beautiful sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters. It is a great vacation destination with amenities for the entire family. It is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants ranked in Best of the Emerald Coast and only 2.5 miles from a day of golf at Regatta Bay, ranked 'Top 200 Places to Play in North America,' by Golf Digest.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is pristine and just across the street from the beach. Short walk vs easy drive to restaurants and shops. We brought our small dog and 2 yo and they both loved it as well!

Great place!

The unit was fantastically renovated, everything was updated inside. Perfect size for a small couple. Love staying at Maravilla and this was the best small unit we have vacationed in. Unfortunately there was renovation going on outside the unit on the building so wasn’t able to access the balcony and lots of noise during the day but the rental agency is making good on that with no problems. Would easily stay here again. Thank you

Modern Oasis in great location condo

Our family of 4 + our dog stayed here for a long weekend in Feb 2024. Great location near Miramar/Destin. Condo complex was a bit dated itself but this unit was a GEM. Very newly renovated. We took advantage of the heated pool. Beds were new and firm, other furniture was nicely arranged and the kitchen and bath were newly done and nicely stocked. Thanks

Was very impressed!!

Was so impressed!! The condo was immaculate! Everything was up to date and brand new. It was decorated so lovely. Even though I wasn’t ocean front it was just a few minutes to walk to the beach. Best of all it was pet friendly and my little pomapoo loved it! She loved hanging out on the balcony. This January vacay was just what we needed. Thank you Renee’ and Maravilla!!

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped so we didn’t have to go to restaurants for every meal. It’s location was great for getting to the pool or beach. We had our little dog with us and they are very pet friendly.

I loved this condo. It was a short walk to the beach. The area has no high rises so the beach wasn't jam packed. Short walk to a few restaurants. It was a great week with my husband.

Wonderful Condo!

We loved this condo, it was a quick walk to the beach with beach access and a shower to rinse everything right there at the road! The chairs and umbrella being included was so nice! The inside was beautiful, everything was very clean and like new. It was in a great location, very close to everything in any direction. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Luxurious interior and a short walk to the beach

This older property was recently renovated and the interior finish-out is luxurious. Sleeps 4-5 comfortably (king master bed, hallway twin bunks and a sofa. Everything inside looks brand new. All the appliances (tvs, fridge, dishwasher) are modern. We picked up groceries once and enjoyed even the rainy days of our vacation. Patio doesn’t have the best view but it’s a 7-10 minute walk to the private beach access and sugar white sand.

Quick Winter Getaway

We were able to make our reservations at the last minute. We had been thinking about a winter getaway but wasn’t really sure about where to go. Where ever we ended up it needed to be pet friendly. We looked at all the usual sites, but everything was already booked. A few years ago we had stayed at Maravilla with friends, it was nice. When we saw a unit at Maravilla that was what we were looking for we jumped on it. The unit had recently been completed renovated, we were the first renters, it was great. Everything thing was new!! We are glad we had the opportunity to stay in this unit, all of the people were very friendly, the weather was perfect. Thank you Renee for all your had work! We would definitely stay here again.
