This amazing house is in our Villa Lago neighborhood here at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. These two story Destin vacation rentals feature stylish Italian influences, granite counter-tops, as well as other upgrades. What makes these accommodations even more special is their proximity to the Grand Sandestin and the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and views of the Baytowne Golf Course. This unit is a 4 bedroom making it the perfect accommodation for families, golf groups, or girlfriend getaways.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas are one open floor plan. The kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for 5 at the island. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8.

The living area has a couch and two chairs surrounding a flat screen TV.

The downstairs bedroom has 3 bunk beds and a flat screen TV. Across the hall you will find a guest bathroom with a vanity and walk-in shower.

Upstairs you will find the 3 remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom. The master bathroom has two separate vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom. The bathroom has a vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The last bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom. The bathroom has a vanity and walk-in shower.

Outside on the patio there is plenty of seating with 6 chairs and views of the golf course!

*The home also offers a 4-seater golf cart for easy transportation around the resort! Once you arrive at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Welcome Center for check-in, an additional $500 damage deposit for the golf cart will be charged/held for up to 14 days after departure. Once an inspection of the golf cart is completed after your departure, the funds will be released back to your card if there is no damage.
